Beyond pleased with my experience here. From the front desk, to the MA, to the dermatologist himself. Daisy at the front desk was so sweet & I could not recommend Dr Blumenstrauch more. He is very knowledgeable, kind, he listens and is collaborative with care. The world really needs more doctors like him! I found him from reviews online and needed to do so myself because he is truly amazing. The only negative reviews I saw were wait times. I personally only waited a short time to be seen but having been to multiple dermatologists and getting sub par care at best, I would have waited hours to see Dr B knowing I am well cared for. He is well worth any wait! I am so happy to have found a dermatologist I trust! Thank you :)

We have been going to this place for a year. In that time, they have been acquired by the Schweiger Dermatology Group and the service has severely declined. When you call them, it is impossible to reach a live person. Instead, you have to talk to an AI assistant. My daughter needed a refill of her acne medication, so I called yesterday. When the AI assistant asked me what I needed, I said “refill request,” and the AI assistant said that I had asked to cancel my next appointment and canceled that appointment. I immediately said “customer service,” but even then, I couldn’t reach a live person and was transferred to a voicemail that said I should leave a detailed message that would be returned. It has now been over 24 hours and no one has called me back. My daughter is still missing her medication and we no longer have an appointment, so we will be taking our business elsewhere.

TERRIBLE!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! DO NOT SEE JULIA KWAN! My pcp wanted me to get a whole body skin check due to family history of skin cancer, I am pregnant and had a few spots of concern to look at. I made a list of 9 spots and was seen by Julia Kwan. She was very rude, inappropriate and rushed me. After 5 minutes of being in the office she asked me to hurry because she had other patients to get to. She said they typically only look at 2-3 areas of concern each appointment. I told her I was never told that when making my appointment and I paid a $70 co pay for her time and let her know she had only been in the office for 5 minutes. She did not take my concern seriously. There is a spot on my face she said could “potentially be pre-cancerous or a scab” and asked if I’ve picked it. I said no and all she recommended was to keep it lotioned for 2 weeks and if the scab doesn’t fall off then it could be pre-cancerous. NO HELP! What a waste of time and money. I do not normally write bad reviews but felt compelled to do so to hopefully save others time and money.

I've had a pleasant experience here for my daughter. The staff form the front desk to the nurses and the PAs have all been very kind and helpful. The PA Melissa was great, but she recently moved and we saw Krishna who was also exceptional. She was so patient and kind with my daughter and made her feel comfortable! Would highly recommend!

while i have no complaints about the service provided i have big issues with their billing. they are trying to defraud me out of $50 & the billing department (including their escalations division) is impossible to deal with. they keep making up reasons for this fake $50 charge. i have submitted a complaint with the BBB & i refuse to get ripped off by this mega corporation. look up schweiger dermatology group (they own this practice). they are multi office & they have tons of complaints regarding false charges/double billing. do NOT go here if you value honesty.

The experience was so disappointing that I have to give it a 1-star rating - and that one star is for the nurse and office staff. My daughter went in for a follow-up, but the doctor didn’t really examine her skin. She gave only brief responses to our concerns and didn’t ask if we had any questions. We were in and out in less than five minutes. On a positive note, the nurse and office staff were helpful.
