It was really a good experience.I was in and out in under an hour for my first appointment: a physical with bloodwork - wow. Your lab results and any follow-up appointments needed are coordinated by email, aka fast and efficient for keeping records. I highly recommend Dr. Jay Amin. He patiently yet efficiently went through my entire medical history and did my physical exam. Impressive

DISHONEST DOCTOR. I walked into Tustin Medical Group on a Saturday hoping to visit Dr. Naples, who I've seen before, for a very simple request. I had a medical form that needed a doctor's signature, which would allow me to visit Israel with an organization. Literally just needed a signature from a doctor not related to myself, simple task. The receptionist informed me only Dr. Amin was working that day, but she would ask him how much he would charge to see me. She went to the back offices, & came back to the front desk saying Dr. Amin would see me for $120. I knew my insurance wouldn't cover the visit bc they only cover "preventative services", & also my high deductible hadn't been me yet. So it would be $120 out of pocket, & the receptionist said she would get in touch with my insurance the following Monday to see if they would REIMBURSE me any of the $120 I paid at the time of visit. $120 seemed a bit high but it was 1 week before Xmas & I was eager to get the task off my to-do list. So I paid $120, because Dr. Amin said he charged $120 for the visit that day. The actual visit was ridiculous, the nurse weighed me & took my blood pressure as they normally do. Dr. Amin keeps me waiting & waiting and finally strolls in the room to hand me a business card for his MED SPA, just in case I wanted a facial or Botox. I'm 25 years old & take pride in my youthful looking skin, so I don't appreciate a stranger suggesting I need or even want Botox. Super professional to solicit a side business during our 2 minute meeting. But whatever I got his signature, so I left his office in high spirits. I spoke to another receptionist the following Monday & as I expected, my insurance wouldn't be reimbursing me for the $120. No big deal. Case closed. At least I thought, until I received an absurd bill in the mail from Dr. Amin himself. Suddenly "cost of services" is $310. "Services" is being polite, because again I got a unwanted med spa business card & a signature. $310 though, since when?! The kicker is the bill says I paid $99.61 (random af number), when in reality I paid the $120. How hard is it to keep track of a single payment for a 1st time and only time patient?! Again, super unprofessional. Oh and somehow even though 2 receptionists never told me I'd owe more than the $120 I already paid, the bill says I owe $52.52! WHAT A JOKE. I immediately sent an email to Dr. Amin's billing department hoping they'd tell me the whole bill was an error, but over a week later I never heard back! Still hoping to get the bottom of the crazy bill I received, but save yourself the headache and visit any other competent and honest establishment. Disappointing and very disheartening to be taken advantage of like this. Some people would just pay the extra money to be done with it, but I work hard for my money and more importantly don't let dishonest people take advantage of me.

Okay, I've been looking for a good medical internist for awhile now. I've worked in the medical industry for 15+ years and yet never felt comfortable with the different primary doctors I tried out. Recently I had a recurrence of a prior illness and did not want to go back to my previous medical doctor because I felt I wasn't getting the proper care I deserved. I searched online and found all the positive reviews of not only the practice but also Dr. Amin What I can honestly say is all those good things you read in those reviews are 100% accurate. His bedside manner is top notch. Dr.Amin and his staff put me at ease the from the minute I walked in to when I walked out the door. Dr. Amin comes across as not only very intelligent but also very relatable on a human level which you don't see from many docs these days. He took his time, talked to me like about little things like the fact that he's also a writer,producers and director of Bollywood movies and when when he realized I was paying out of pocket helped me as best as he could with the continuing cost of my healthcare. Thanks Dr. Amin!

2nd time I've had to See Dr. Amin at this conveniently located (if u live in the Tustin/Irvine area) spot and again I'm impressed with the entire experience. Staff is professional/knowledgable with great bedside manners (a huge plus). Service is quick and thorough. And the clinic itself is cozy - the way you would want hope/expect a medical facility of any sort to be.

Don't go here the doctor is very unprofessional and he doesn't treat his staff nice he's only after your money, also some of his staff at his medi-spa are not even nurses they don't know what they are doing and I witnessed when he burned a hole in a lady's chin.
