I received the LMN signature facial. It was a good facial, and the esthetician was very nice. My issue is with the transparency of the pricing. When I called last month to inquire about a facial, I was told they were having a special for $75, which is why I scheduled it right away. I was reassured even if I booked for August appointment, it would be $75. I wrote it in my calendar I had a $75 facial at LMN, and was very excited for this to be my intro offer to their med spa. After my facial, I was charged full price of $120, despite telling her I was offered a different price at booking. The girl at the front desk advised me that I would only get the $75 if I paid in full that day I booked. I checked if they did that, and saw they took out a $50 deposit back on July 3rd when I booked. I don’t understand why someone there told me it would be $75 and not charge me appropriately. I didn’t even know they took out a $50 deposit until I checked back in my bank account, and I had to go in for her to refund me the $50. For this reason of lack of transparency with pricing and the deposit, I will not be coming back to this med spa. And this is not about the money amount, it is about false advertising when I called and spoke with staff.

I’ve been going to Denise for a couple of years and she is wonderful!! She is very informative about the procedure she is doing and is very patient with my questions and concerns. I’m constantly getting compliments on how youthful I look. She has literally taken years off my face! The office staff is so nice and great at making you feel comfortable.
