Jared and his assistant are absolutely fantastic—friendly, professional, and genuinely great at what they do. They’ve always been the highlight of my visits, and I have nothing but respect for their work. However, the front office’s handling of my recent experience was incredibly disappointing. I tested positive for Covid and responsibly rescheduled my appointment to avoid exposing others. Instead of any understanding, I was charged a $50 rescheduling fee—not for canceling last minute or not showing up, but for doing the right thing. When I explained the situation, I was told flatly, “It’s our policy.” So basically, if I didn’t want to be charged, I should have come in while sick and risked infecting staff and other patients. That’s not just bad policy—it’s wildly unprofessional, unethical, and goes against basic public health principles. I’ve been a loyal patient here for years, but this experience made me question whether this office truly values its patients' and staffs' well-being. I expected better, and I’m not sure I’ll be coming back.

Came in for an annual check up visit, got recommended biopsy, then they scheduled a follow up during which I was told to come back for another follow up. 2 follow ups? No issues. The bill came… ~700$ + 150$ for biopsy. They didn’t bill insurance properly, nothing is covered. They seem to try and schedule as many follow ups as possible, even if with no concerns: just to bill more later.

My only wish is that the Beverly Hills office would offer the patient facials at least weekly. The service is provided in the Woodland Hills office only. So thankful for the Woodland Hills office who took me in last minute not being a patient there before to fix a filler procedure that was done by another doctor/clinic blocking a blood vessel to my eye and nose. Immediately when seeing what was happening to my face Shanah quickly got me sorted preventing what could’ve been a disaster that was very painful. Not to mention following up with a phone call the next day to make sure I was doing ok and helping find a eye doctor to double check the eye that got blocked. I will be recommending Shanah to every person I know that gets Botox and filler’s for peace of mind and safety .
