I came from a referral by my primary care doctor. Absolutely love my primary care doctor, so no blame on her for this totally separate experience. The whole thing felt rushed and like a total waste of my co-pay. The doctor, Dr. Sleiman, did not even read why I was there. I had to pull out my phone to try to read the reasoning my doctor referred me. The “exam” was maybe five minutes. The whole thing was extremely awkward. Arrived at 925 AM for my 930 AM appointment and left by 942 AM. I will never come back here or see Dr. Sleiman again.

Very awful experience, cannot get ahold of any dr's. Did not follow up on how the treatment was going, my daughter missed 3 days of school due to the flare up of her acne, and the dr didn't think it was necessary to give her an excuse note for school. Very unprofessional if you ask me, I will not be going back to this Dermatologist team - I do not recommend them, especially for a follow up or if you need to contact them, you have to wait for them to read a message, really? Very bad experience for my daughter. Very Very Frustrated.

I didn’t even fully finish trying to schedule an appointment as a NEW PATIENT. Not sure what her name was, Julie or Judy scheduling patients was EXTREMELY rude. After I told her I had not been seen there before she sharply asked for my insurance with incredible attitude. Her tone the whole conversation was that nasty attitude, sets a good picture for the kind of establishment. I’ll gladly schedule somewhere else thanks Julie!👋🏼

Seriously? $75 cancelation fee when I called 24+ hours to cancel? I canceled bc this practice did NOTHING for my son. Send me to collections. Please. I'll pay $1 per day.

It has taken me some time to decide to do this post. I went in February and felt like I was a burden by the Dr. I was literally with the doctor 3 min and was told that I would have to come back to have a full body scan. When that was the reason I went in the first place. I feel like they do this to get more money out of their patients. I will be finding a Dr. with better bed side manner and will not be recommending this place to anyone.

I love this office! Wendy and her staff are all professional and give excellent care. It's nice to have someone who not only cares FOR you but also cares ABOUT you. All calls go to the main office and they schedule for all locations so realize that you're not talking to this office when you call.

We have been very pleased with Dr. Nelson. They have been extremely thorough with my teenagers’ acne treatment. No issues with insurance billing or staff. In fact everyone has been so nice and professional. Would definitely recommend.

This place has phone staff that never answer the phone and if they do they transfer me to the billing department before I can even ask any additional questions and then the billing department doesn’t answer the phone. I’ve been trying to get appointments going here again after a few months and it’s absolutely frustrating having to deal with this. I absolutely love to hear attitude and frustration coming from the people who answer the phone and don’t even care to listen to you. I’m going to have to find another place

A very unprofessional place. I would not recommend this office to any young adult looking for a nice and professional practice. They seem to have a communication problem and tell their clients one thing, when they actually mean another. Front desk staff was rude, and in less words, basically told me "Oh well, to bad" when communication was crossed. If I could give zero stars I would.

Do not go here. They will scare you into getting ridiculously over priced tissue exam by stating you’re sample looks cancerous, offer no explanation on billing but tell you not to worry it will be covered, not share your insurance information with the lab they’re using to test, and instead, tell you to ignore any statements you get until you go into collections. Horrible. Young patients or patients who do not have extensive knowledge on medical billing and insurance beware. I feel scammed.
