The ladies in office and spa is AMAZING and so is the service. i came here for my annual and saw the provider Lacie. she was very gentle and kind. barely felt anything and she actually listened to me. i finally felt seen and heard, which is so rare now a days. I also had an addional service with the laser for hair removal. shelby was so sweet and a great conversationist. Its a judgment free zone, even the ladies up front made me feel safe and at home. thank you all!

Very affirming and women centered. I go here for hormones and birth control and I have the best provider Dr. Lacie. She is like my therapist (not literally) and is truly invested my care. They are also LGBTQ+ friendly and I definitely feel safe and comfortable at the clinic. Front desk staff are very personable and helpful as well. I drive about 40 minutes just to go here and it’s well worth it!

Had a much better experience when Dr Stephanie Fink was there. Went for some routine tests which were reasonably priced. Went back 6 weeks later to find the practice had new management & Dr Fink had relocated to Florida. No mention by mail or phone call about the new changes. The new medical consultant I saw instead of Dr Fink was very well informed & professional. The reason for this 1 star review is about the new price changes for tests. Had the exact same tests done, there was a mark of of 254% - in 6 weeks!! No mention about unbelievable price hike/ new test prices by the new management or staff. Raised the issue with their billing department. Still waiting to hear from their billing person to resolve this. The No Surprises Act is applicable in this case. That's the reason why I'm not going back there. Update, January 2026. Not one phone call or email from this "world class women's health care" to resolve the situation. Just empty, meaningless virtue signalling on Google reviews in response to my review. Their primary focus is damage control for potential and future clients reading their reviews rather than being accountable. Unacceptable.

This place is so friendly and welcoming. I came in for my first ever Gyno appt and Miss Yoo was so easy to work with. she walked me through everything and provided exceptional care. the front desk staff is also a hoot! they are so funny and made coming in to the office feel less scary.

Here’s my struggle: I had pellets scheduled for 12/22, and felt that I needed a booster around Thanksgiving. I called to make the appointment for a booster (which is a free appointment), and I got in the Wednesday before Thanksgiving. Once I got there, the provider informs me that I can’t get a booster if I’m so close to my next scheduled pellet appointment. How could I have known that? Maybe the employees at the front desk could have pointed that out to me when I initially called to make the booster appointment. At this point, I should have gotten up and leave so the appointment would have not cost me anything. But, I drove 30 minutes to get there, and we then proceeded to talk about prescriptions, did a quick bacterial test etc. $157 later…..yes, I understand to a certain degree that it turned into an appointment, but if they had told me initially about being unable to receive the booster, I wouldn’t have come in in the first place….I could have saved myself money & time. I will not be returning here. Oh, and of course the bill is due before the holidays.

I started coming here when Dr.s Fink and Fink were the practitioners, and I had nothing but positive experiences. I had transferred from another clinic that could never get my prescriptions to the pharmacy on time, and my levels were constantly fluctuating. Since MedNow took over, I have had nothing but negative experiences. I have been requesting a refill for almost 2 weeks. They didn't have my prescription on file and called me twice so that I could give it to them. It is impossible to get anyone on the phone, so I have to keep leaving them messages. I ran out of my prescription, and they still have not contacted the pharmacy to get it refilled. I've called them 5 times just today to get my meds refilled, and the pharmacy has been calling as well. I'm so disappointed that this clinic was bought out by a company that clearly does not care about its patients. Update: After this review I got a phone call from MedNow/CMG. They sent my prescription to the wrong pharmacy and asked me for the pharmacy's address and number, which I had already provided. The next day, today, I called my pharmacy twice and there is still no prescription. I spoke to the office manager at MedNow/CMG and she stated that the provider decided not to send it because she had never seen me before. I canceled my appointment with the clinic. I've been 2 days without my prescription. This is the worst medical clinic I have ever dealt with.

I saw Annabelle Yoo FNP for both my well woman’s visit a few weeks ago and also to have my IUD changed out today. She was very kind and informative, easy to talk to, and reassured me about the IUD change in my first visit. Then today the experience was as pain free and easy as I could hope for. Compared to my first insertion, it was a night and day difference in pain control and over all empathy. I’d recommend her to any family member or friend and will definitely continue to get any of my own care through this practice. Thank you again!

My wife and I just started going to Cheyenne Mountain Gynecology and we were both very impressed. They’re LGBTQ friendly and made us both feel so comfortable throughout our entire visit. I am gender nonconforming and they used my preferred name and pronouns without me even having to ask. Everyone was super nice and helpful from the front desk staff all the way to the providers, assistants, and nurses. During the examination it went so smooth and as painless as she could make it. I’ve never felt so comfortable for this exam before. They really put you at ease and are super gentle. I’m super happy we switched to this practice as it’s a night and day difference from the last place we were at. I will be recommending Cheyenne Mountain Gynecology to my friends and family!

Stephanie was so amazing. The office staff was friendly also. First, I was excited to be able to get an appointment quickly. Stephanie was very knowledgeable, shared research and other information. She got me in and out fairly quickly. She created a comprehensive plan to address my concerns, sent in my prescriptions right away, drew blood during the visit and scheduled a follow up appointment. Additionally, the office had a warm feel with some shabby chic furniture. I am so happy to have found her and the office.
