I purchased a groupon in September for 10 sessions. I went to my first session and then put a down payment for 40 more. I used 3 sessions and then for the past 3 weeks all of my appointments have been canceled. I understand there was a family emergency and then there was no electricity to half the office. Today I sent a text stating I was concerned and would like to know if I need to come get my money back. I still have not gotten a response. I would love to know if any other clients have been seen in the last 3 weeks.

VERY unprofessional and poor customer service. She rescheduled one appointment at last minute and didn't show up for the other one (though she claims she sent an email, that I never got). When she called back days later she left a message she was sick and could get me in the next day. But then when I reschedule my last session online, she calls only a few hours before and said I did 8 sessions and was only to get 7. I checked all my appointment messages and came up with 6 (she rescheduled one of them and didn't show up for the other one). I left her a voicemail and sent an email asking to confirm her dates as I showed I only had 6 of the 7 I paid for. I never heard back from her and had to file complaint with groupon to get a credit for the last session I never got. I never leave reviews, but found her so unprofessional I had to warn others. She couldn't even give me the courtesy of a callback, probably because she knew I had one more session coming (at least that's what she had said on 3 different occasions). Too bad, she lost a client although it seems apparent by her constant cancelled and missed appointments she doesn't care about her customers or customer service.

Edit for response: I was told there was a family emergency (no detail but not my business anyway) for the first cancelled appointment, it was the other three that no reason was given. Also there was no refund or response to the request even after over a dozen emails, so I did a chargeback with my card company. Paid for a consultation and 10 sessions online and every appointment made has been canceled for no reason. I've even called to reschedule and was hung up on. I have reached out multiple times for a refund with no response.

I would give a zero if I could. They cancelled my appointment, with less than 2hrs notice. I purchased a groupon deal. I made the appt over a week ago, changed my schedule to accommodate this appt. I am not happy they cancelled. I went to office anyways to talk to them and it was closed. Tried to call and text but got no response! Very unprofessional! Read other reviews and apparently this happens a lot with this company. Hope this helps others to not make the same mistake.

I had to pay extra in addition to the paid Groupon deal for an initial assessment fee before scheduling. That seemed reasonable enough but while being assessed they also gave me a "double session" (two 20 minute treatments) and were already pushing me about signing up for future package discounts before the first treatment was even over. I a'so could not get through by phone and had to try rescheduling online and even that requires them to screen and approve. Too annoying and not worth the hassle for me so back to crunches and clean eating

Got a Groupon and scheduled a service for Friday. That same morning, I got a call saying that the technician had been involved in a motorcycle accident on Monday and would be unable to make the appointment. Odd, since I scheduled the appointment on Wednesday. Rescheduled no problem for today at 2. Arrived at 1:50 to fill out paperwork. Here we are at 2:30 and I still haven't had my appointment. She came back to let me know about 10more minutes, to which I replied, I have to get my kids later, will this be done in a reasonable amount of time? Then the attitude changed. "Well like a dr. office, you have to leave time for paperwork and you can ALWAYS expect a wait!" Odd. If I arrive early enough to do the paperwork, I've never waited at a dr.'s office. Or facial. Or a massage. And this isn't a drs office... I asked for my $35 returned. She said she was with clients but would do it later. I said I would rather it now so I don't have to come back. Again, back with the attitude. "I have clients! I have lots of clients!" She opened her record drawers to prove it, "I don't need your business." That's fine, but in the time it took you to argue with me and show me your massive client files, you could have refunded me. No matter. I put it on the card that has purchase protection and will get refunded by Groupon. I Should have read the other reviews thoughoughly. She is not desperate for your business, so unless you're desperate, I would't go to hers.

STAY AWAY! This place and Vonita is a scam and extremely unprofessional. I have had 5 appointments cancelled (and that’s only what I’ve kept track of for the past 2 months, there has been more prior to) 3 of which without notice at any point, not even an explanation after the fact. I definitely tried to give this woman and place a chance and booked out several appointments to ensure I can utilize what I have paid for. My first appointment I had trouble finding the venue and called Vonita for directions as to which I was at the building directly next to it. She explained she could not see me and stated there was a 5 minute late policy. At the time I was speaking with her I was not 5 minutes late, nor was I 5 minutes late when I walked into the office. She still would not see me. Second appointment I ensured to show up 10 minutes early as I expected to have to fill out paperwork. Vonita came up front to the waiting area 4 different times saying it would be just a few more minutes. I finally got back to my appointment 50 minutes later than scheduled and I did not even get treatment. She only took my paperwork and explained to book my next appointment (mind you this was not a consultation appointment). Additionally, she had sprayed an extreme amount of air freshener to mask the smell of her previous appointment. It was nearly unbearable as I felt urges to cough. How does this pass health code and regulations? This last appointment was my breaking point...after having 5 appointments cancelled on me I decided to call to confirm before making the drive. Vonita was rude, snarky and unprofessional. Rather than simply confirming she said verbatim “yep, but you can’t be late”. I felt so offended as I have put in my effort to book out as much as possible to ensure to get the treatments I’ve paid for, she cancels unresponsively, and that is reply I get. I will be reporting this to BBB, Colorado Department of Labor and anywhere else I see feasible. Though I may take a loss, I want to provide those seeking to go to this place with honest and valuable information. To those with the same frustration, please do not feel hopeless or intimidated in reporting this. This lady should not be running a profession, and with enough input hopefully this could come to a stop! The one star is only because an input is needed to post.

Literally traded in my Groupon purchase for another laser lipo coupon. I’ve read too many bad reviews about how this place is discriminating against customers who purchased the Groupon and failed to provide adequate customer service regarding appointment cancellations. I recommend for the business owner to access this problem and make sure it doesn’t happen again. They lost a customer, or two, based off of the reviews on not only Groupon, but also google.

This place has the worst service and business etiquette. I initially made an appointment online. Her service let me make an appointment even though the office was closed. Could not get ahold of anyone until I went in the office. She rescheduled me for 10 am and then lied to me about the time and said I was a no show. On top of that, she will not give you a refund. Might as well be stealing your money...STAY AWAY! She also hung up on me.
