I have gone here 4 times, trying to give them the benefit of the doubt but the poor service is very consistent. They don't return calls, cancel appointments and only tell you when you show up for them, give false information, don't honor pricing when pitching expensive multi step procedures and phone etiquette is very poor. Dr. Young is good so I overlooked these things but eventually it all adds up and there are too many places here and in Denver that offer much better service.

I had the Coolsculpting procedure done (on my stomach and "love handles") about a year ago, and I saw absolutely NO DIFFERENCE. I should have been the perfect candidate for it, being generally athletic and slim, but with a little extra fat around my middle. I went back for the "after" photos, and the technician never contacted me or emailed them to me, after saying she would. Like another reviewer mentioned, I feel scammed!

I don’t recommend the Cool Sculpting procedure. Had it done on my stomach three months ago. Ended up with lots of bruising and pain which lasted for almost three weeks. Three months later and a much smaller back account, there is NO DIFFERENCE!! Very upset about it and I feel scammed.

Staff was very pleasant, but they didn't help at all. Actually caused condition to get significantly worse to point that I had to go to Urgent care the same day. The urgent care office resolved issue within 1 hour for significantly less $$. Perhaps they do their new focus of "aging skin treatments" well, but not general family healthcare needs.
