All of the workers pretty much dodge you if you find something wrong. I got a transplant two and a half years ago, my results are atrocious, I spent 15 grand and I contacted staff a few times to talk with the doctor. They say every time they will have him get in contact with me but they don't. I may have needed a second transplant, or they could've done things to help satisfy their customers. All they want is your money. They don't give a shit about their customers after the procedure. I hope my review makes this business lose potential new customers. Don't go here. Go somewhere else to get it done.

I have been a loyal customer for 2 years until something extremely bad happens to me. I ordered a refill on August 1st. A client concierge told me that "we are moving to a different place in about 2 weeks. We will contact you after we are settled in a new location". Months after months I have been waiting, I have been contacting the clinic and even Dr. Motarjeme himself, but just a false hope and promise. Dr. Motarjeme always says "I'll call you tomorrow and we can discuss. I will review today and call you later". He promised me, but never received a call back. Nobody calls me until I searched a new location in Highland Ranch and I went to the old clinic myself, but of course the clinic has been closed since August. I am beyond disappointed and I need to get a full refund. I once really admire this clinic, but you guys broke my trust completely. I don't want to come back to this clinic ever again.

This is my second hair transplant but first at this location. I am thrilled with my results and the staff was amazing. A completely different experience from my first. The treatment was fast and the after care was off the charts. They really wanted me to have a great and fast recovery. Couldn’t say anything negative about my experience. My hair team was Gerry, Lynsie and Fatima. They were incredible and kind and the front in staff was Victoria and Kyle who were also very nice. Dr. Christin has a great staff. Thanks again for this wonderful experience.

If I could give a zero rating I would! Been with them for years and every time it's prescription refill time I have to jump through loop holes to get it filled! In the beginning was told totally something different and that there would be no issues! I shouldn't have proceeded with the procedure as soon as I saw on the day of the procedure that they had one of their trainees getting trained on my scalp! Horrible business and very unprofessional way of handling things! Don't get robbed by them! Also don't bother leaving voicemails you won't get a response! Soon as you call AI answers and you'll get no help or response from anything or anyone!

Update: I need a prescription refill and no luck getting a hold of anyone here? I rarely leave reviews, but after over a year of frustration and disappointment, I feel compelled to share my experience with Medical Man Cave. I underwent a hair transplant with high hopes, based on the results that were promised and the significant amount of money I invested. Unfortunately, I did not achieve anything close to the outcome I was led to expect. It has now been well over a year, and the results are underwhelming at best. I’ve been in communication with their team for months, trying to find some resolution, but I have received no clear answers, no follow-through, and certainly no real effort to make things right. The lack of transparency and accountability is incredibly frustrating. Given the amount of money I spent and the trust I placed in them, I expected far better results and service. I would caution anyone considering this place to think twice and do extensive research before committing. I wish I had.

I flew in from out of town for a hair transplant, very happy with the quality of the work and the care given by Dr Mortarjeme and his team. Great genuine people who talk straight and want you to be happy with the results. Their office environment is unique, well done, and inviting. I had around 2750 transplants done with the Artas iX robot doing the extraction, and two wonderful technicians putting them back in. My day was unusually long starting at 9am and ended at 8pm, but there were unrelated delays in the morning that most wouldn’t experience. Another customer was there the next day getting 2500 done and started at 7am and was done around 4pm. If you’re flying in I’d definitely recommend spending the night in Denver after your transplant like I did, I’ve heard of people flying out the day of the transplant and that’s possible, but that first night is a little tougher and best to have a place to crash close by and recover. The procedure itself is relatively pain free and just takes a bit of time. After that first night everything is really comfortable and easy. Spontaneously while there I made the decision to do the male enhancement procedure the next day after my hair transplant. They didn’t try to sell me on it, I was just curiously asking what it was all about and how it worked and after learning more, in particular that there’s nothing artificial left in you and your body’s own material in the end makes you bigger. That procedure was faster and even more comfortable than the hair transplant. 30-day recovery time and some clear management steps you need to do to make sure the process proceeds correctly but it’s not too bad. I’m glad I did them together so that I can recover from both at the same time. Definitely with talking to these guys and checking all of this out, they’re great people and will take care of you.

The place for men, to keep that youthful you in order from top to bottom. Amazing classy area, very comfy from the start, staff is great very kind, professional doctors with confidence to handle any stress or situation. I had no worries an the confidence that I can call an have support in the future if there’s any concerns, why fly over the pond when you can get this service and support with this high amount detail and your needs met to your satisfaction. I thank everyone that had a hand in my process, an highly recommend this to anyone wanting to be the best version of you. Since this has over 25k views Idd update it a bit, been a year since. Idd say the 6 month follow up and year follow up was non-existent so kinda not to happy about that.

Pretty sure this place took the money and run. The office has been closed for 6 weeks and counting. All while being impossible to get a hold of anyone. I even called and texted Christian (the owner) and my number was quickly blocked. Good look getting your money back, folks!

This went about as bad as it could have. I work in commercial kitchens. I need to wear a hat walking through them. I explained this and was told "you can 100% wear a hat the next day, we even give you a hat to wear out after the procedure" I asked for this after and they looked at me like in crazy saying no way can i wear a hat. They then grabbed a hat and litteraly placed it on top of my head gently hahahaha. The doctor did the first 150 graft, then passed it onto the nurses, one of whom was training and halfway through was corrected on not doing it correctly. Prior to starting they all had to huddle around the transplant robot to figure out HOW TO USE IT from some lady on facetime. Halfway through the robot harvesting the doctor comes back on as they left me completely unsupervised and looked startled but started saying "oh wow how perfect, this is going perfect" nope. It didnt. This is the "completly random selection the robot is perfect at youll never see where it took from" this was about 2.5-3 years ago as well, i did all the follow ups, and due to my schedule i couldnt make it in until later for the oxygen thing so every time id get a call askin "hey so we all want to go home early, can we reschedule your thing? Its not important anyway..." Said yes the last time and skipped it then the doctor blamed not going to 1 follow up for the failure of everything. A follow up they asked to move since 330 was too late and wanted to go home. Then move to the medication after the fact, the supplier never had any in stock. It took 7-9 weeks to get a batch made, then it was a 30 day supply. Insane.
