Kelli is so professional and great. She is quick and extremely knowledgeable. I have been going to her for a long time and have not been disappointed yet!! I highly recommend Silver Linings I love that they offer more than just hair removal, there are packages for vein removal, sun spots etc. I have tried all of these and they really do work!! I highly recommend Silver Linings Laser Aesthetics. Pricing is very reasonable. Kelli is highly professional while personable. The location is beautiful, clean and conveniently located in a great suite of professional salons close to University and I-25 near the University of Denver. I live in Littleton and it is great that Silver Linings Laser Aesthetics is so centrally located for clients from all over the metro area! I was nervous to start laser hair removal, but Kelli put me at ease. She answered all my questions, gave clear before and after-care instructions and is conscientious of my comfort level throughout the treatment process. Kelli is a professional and I recommend her to all my friends interested in starting laser hair removal.

Kelli cancelled my first appointment an hour before the start. She no showed me two times after that and was an hour and a half late to the only appointment I had. She claimed she would have numbing solutions but never really had them. She told me to drive and pick up the numbing solution on multiple occasions on the day before the scheduled appointments. I made the drive over and found out she didn't have them. She would either not answer her phone or tell me she didn't have them once I was there. She rescheduled the appointments we made on multiple occasions. She always had excuses about her "secretary" messing up her schedule (keep in mind Kelli is the only person I ever talked to). Kelli is extremely disorganized and should not be running a business on her own. She needs to use an scheduling platform or hire another employee to help with scheduling. She ended up giving me a full refund after the last no show. I moved to simplicity laser which is a much more professional company.
