I had a very good experience my first time getting the PicoSure with Leann. I wasn’t sure how it would feel but it was completely nothing like I expected. You always think it’s going to be worse but I never needed her to stop. It didn’t hurt at all. Well, around the bottom of the nostril it felt like tiny pin pricks but I wouldn’t say it’s pain. They have a cooling mechanism you can use if you think it gets too hot or if the “pain” is more than you would like but I ended up not needing it. I had been somewhere else to get laser hair removal and I paid for a package of 6. At the 3rd and 4th trip there, it hurt so much that I never went back. They didn’t numb me or use anything to cool the area. They should’ve had some sort of cooling wand or blower. That being said, Leann was so comforting and made sure throughout to ask how I was doing. She was training someone and both ladies were respectful and professional. She answered all my questions confidently and hearing her train made me even more relaxed because to me she was very educated and experienced sounding. Anyway, I have a couple more treatments and I can’t wait to get them and see the final results. I highly recommend Laser Remedy to anyone.

My experience with Laser Remedy exceeded my expectations. I worked with Leann on my hyperpigmentation and she was super informative and cautious with the procedure. As pico laser can cause more hyperpigmentation on Asian skin, she tested a couple of spots before proceeding with the treatment. I know a lot of medspas would try to sell a package before knowing if a procedure is right for their client. I felt confident and trusted Leann with my procedure. The entire staff at Laser Remedy is super helpful and friendly. Another plus is that they use cynosure picosure laser so they are completely legit. Totally recommend!

I always have such an amazing experience, every time I go in and am super nervous the ladies talk me through everything and give me breaks as needed. I have a friend I referred as she’s gone elsewhere for tattoo removal as she’s gone somewhere else 8 times and her tattoo hasn’t budged. I have done 4 sessions and they’re about invisible! Debbie did a great job doing the laser tattoo removal. She made sure I was as comfortable as possible during the whole process. They have this cold air machine that help keep the skin cool from the sting of the hot laser. The equipment they used for this is legit. Im already seeing the ink fade a few weeks after treatment. I've been to other tattoo removal places and laser remedy is by far the best place I've been to. If you're looking to get some ink removed I highly recommend giving this place a try.
