Kim is the best! She is caring, professional, and reliable. My skin finally started improving when seeing her and made my acne scarring less noticeable. She does full coverage Facials - face, neck, and chest at a reasonable rate. She never pushes me to buy products I don’t need, not once. She just encourages sunscreen, hat wearing, apple cider vinegar, and even gives suggestions on how to best use your existing products to get the most out of them.

My mom bought me a groupon to this place and I am so glad she did! It is very difficult to find a good massage therapist that can do exactly what you need. Kristina was my therapist and she did an excellent job! She is extremely knowledgeable and her technique was exactly what I needed. All the staff here are so nice and accommodating, especially Colby! I have already booked my next appt. with Kristina. If you are in need of a deep tissue massage or need trigger point therapy Kristina will take good care of you!

I come here for waxing from Michelle. She does a great job and takes a lot of pride in her work. I have gone to other waxing places and they just put the wax on and pull it off but don't actually look to see if the wax actually removed all the hairs. Michelle makes sure you leave looking great and don't have to go home and do touch up. She's easy to talk to and very professional. The front desk staff are also really nice and accommodating.

I can't even begin to describe how wonderful Restorations Health and Wellness is and especially Kim, Steve, Colby, Michelle and Dr. Searle! I was planning my wedding for September 2012 and had been trying to clear up my complexion and acne scars for several months. I purchased several vouchers on weekly plus for microdermabrasions at various places last year and Restorations happened to be one of them. I immediately fell in love with Kim! She is the most caring, experienced and careful specialist that I have ever seen and I've been to so many in Denver, Boulder, Vail and even Florida. You can immediately tell that she is passionate about her business and what she does--making her clients feel special and beautiful! She really is special--I just wanted to hug her after that first treatment and I did! I quickly purchased 18 sessions...that's how much I trusted her to make my skin beautiful for our wedding! I had previously purchased a package of treatments at another location much closer to my house, which I just didn't want to use after I met Kim. I actually went and asked if I could use the credit towards products since I knew I wouldn't be able to ask for a refund. The services I had received there seemed fine until I went to Restorations and that ruined it for the other place--I'll never go anywhere else now. I'm 100% devoted to restorations and have been getting a microdermabrasion with Kim at least every 2 weeks for the past 3 years, and my skin has never looked better! It's also such a true, relaxing spa experience. I wish I could take the treatment bed home with me it's that comfortable! It's also nice to find one place that does multiple services and extremely well! I've had several massages and the therapists are all wonderful, especially Michelle! Steve did a laser treatment and as always, he exceeded my expectations! Michelle also does my waxing and Dr. Searle is absolutely the best at injectibles! Kim, Steve, Michelle, Colby and Dr. Searle--I truly love you all! It is such a blessing that I found you! I am so grateful to you for the excellent services but also for your friendship. I can't believe how much of a difference you made as I was planning our wedding…you were such an important part in getting ready for it. I can’t say enough about this place, I have been coming here for years, and Kim and Colby have treated me like family. I used to go all over the place for different treatments, but this is my one stop center now, especially since I get the quality care AND the caring of a professional establishment. They are simply amazing here, and so ethical and skilled; the company who makes the absolutely life-changing radio frequency laser, “Viora” (the best non-invasive skin tightening treatment I’ve ever experienced!) has been after Colby to do training for them – she is that good! I still cannot believe my before and after pictures! I know my lasers, and this one still has me in awe. And, Colby will always tell people if they don’t need treatment for whatever reason. She is very meticulous about instructions, precautions, things that will enhance treatment – in other words, everything you need to know about doing a treatment. They are not about the money here, they are about making you look good and feel good. I am not a review person btw, but when I feel very strongly about something, I have to say something. If you’re looking for a place that will not only roll out the red carpet for you but give you outstanding results, look no further. I saw the review left by someone claiming to have been burned by the RF (radio frequency) and all I can say is that I was forewarned NOT to get in the sun at ALL or to tan in a bed, to avoid adverse effects. that's the ONLY thing that will cause that kind of reaction, so if you are going to go against instructions, own it, and don't blame someone who is ethical enough to warn against side effects. I hate to write this review but they burnt my face with the RF machine. I am super swollen, and blistered enough that I went to the ER. They don't have a phone that you can call at night if something goes wrong and they don't get in until 10am on most days. So I was frantic when i woke up today and my face had doubled in size and had blisters to boot. Kim was very nice, However, when I told her that my face was getting burnt and it hurt, she didn't stop. This kind of thing is unacceptable to me. I am extremely saddened as they were all very nice, but now I am down and out for awhile. They did call me and give me a burn cream to use that the ER failed to do, but with the cost of the ER and the treatment and my time being miserable isn't worth going back. I can't recommend this place at all.

I purchased a Groupon for this business before quarantine happened and everything was shut down. Because I physically could not have my teeth whitened because of covid 19 my Groupon was ALMOST expired and I called to set up an appointment because my Groupon was about to expire, no answer no call back. I have already paid for the service that was never performed and I could not even get a call back. This business is completely unprofessional and may not even be open for business. Do not buy a Groupon for this company! UPDATE: The phone number on Google is also disconnected.
