They are unorganized and unprofessional. I didn’t have my wallet with me for an appointment and they said I couldn’t have the appointment unless I paid the $15 co-pay. I had $50 in cash, but because they didn’t have change, they still canceled my appointment. One of the most embarrassing and bizarre things I’ve ever experienced. I need to find a new doctor.

I wanted to express my gratitude for the amazing care provided to my daughter by Dr. Mark Marchitto. Your ability to explain everything in terms she can understand has been truly exceptional. The new treatment she received under your guidance has already started showing promising results. I must commend the professionalism displayed by you and your team at the clinic. The expertise and care exemplified by the team have been truly wonderful. However, I feel compelled to mention that the front desk staff could benefit from a more professional attitude. Demonstrating professionalism in work and communication is extremely important for patient satisfaction.

I brought my son for his monthly follow up. We saw Jennifer Silva. She was very condescending and rude. Though my wife had attended all the prior appointments, this was my first time bringing my son to an appointment and I had numerous questions about his current treatment and potential alternative treatments. She seemed aggravated with my questions, provided very short abrupt answers and wasn't very forthcoming with the answers. She suggested Accutane as a potential next step but indicated that there were strict regulations associated such as a contract my son would need to sign to promise not to share his pills with anyone else, a blood test and required monthly follow-ups. When I inquired as to the reason for these strict regulations she was not forthcoming with the answers and seemed annoyed. After asking additional probing questions about he medication she reluctantly gave me sufficient answers but it took a while and she seemed more interested in wrapping up the conversation ASAP so she could move on to other patients. She is one of the worst medical practitioners I've encountered in years. As a result we are switching to a new dermatologist practice for my son and will actively discourage all of our friends from bringing their kids to this practice.

The secretary was very rude and lacked basic human respect, but the care there is very good! Update: The receptionist staff don’t give email, calendar reminders, and they are incredibly hard to get in touch with to schedule appointments, so I missed 1 appointment and was charged $75. Pretty insane considering how little the place does at appointments anyway.

My wife and I have been patients here and some of their other offices) for 9 years. They are wonderful. Dr. Finch is superb, provides excellent care and takes the time to understand his patients. The staff - nursing and support - have always been terrific, courteous and upbeat. I have never experienced any of the concerns mentioned by a few other reviews. If you need a dermatologist, this is the place to go.

Front desk office staff is not friendly at all. I have been multiple times where I have been checked in by different people and all of them have not been friendly at all. I feel like I’m being a nuisance to them. Jennifer Silva has been amazing though. She is very thorough and attentive. She spends time answering questions and it never feels rushed.

His knowledge and professionalism were evident, and I felt confident in his care. He provided a clear treatment plan tailored to my needs, and I’ve already started noticing improvements. I just want to thank you for the many years of service to my family and publicly share the care we received from nurse assistant Jackie at your Avon location yesterday. Doctors are there to diagnose & prescribe but when you find a nurse who’s there to assist, to perceive the problem through not the lens of a microscope but the lens of human vulnerability & react before a word is spoken or a need is mentioned that’s the gold standard in which caring for a patient is more than just medicine and I honestly could’ve missed the opportunity of witnessing it yesterday by avoiding the uncomfortable but I’m glad I didn’t ❤️🙌. Thank you Jesus for people who are meant to be in healthcare. I shared this with friends today. Dr. Payette, Greisler, Finch, and Silva have all been a part of helping us and we’re thankful for you & your staff.
