The Milford location is no longer viable for patients in my opinion. My family and I went here on a recommendation. For the first few years, it was fantastic. The care was excellent and the office ran smoothly. Then they lost a physician and the Milford location suffered for it. They no-showed to several appointments after confirming those same appointments. The doors were locked and the lights were out, no hours posted. When I called, either I couldn't reach anyone and had to leave a voicemail, or they said that someone should have rescheduled me already. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

I was a patient of CT Skin Institute for acne for almost four years. I first was a patient of a male dr. who was very kind but never really listened to my needs. he put me on a slew of oral medications that never fixed my acne. I switched to Dr. Kim about a year ago and she really took the time to listen to my complaints and we decided accutane was the best step for me. Dr. Kim was so attentive and kind every month we met & even worked with me to find the cheapest possible version of the medication. One year later after a full course of accutane, i am so happy with my skin. for as long as i can remember my acne has plagued my self confidence, and for the first time in my life i am happy with my skin. I can not recommend Dr. Kim enough!!!

Connecticut Skin Institute is amazing! I've been seeing Dr. Ibrahimi for over a year for laser treatment for my scars. The progress has been tremendous, and the staff is very helpful and flexible with my work schedule. If you ever need medical or cosmetic dermatology work done, I highly recommend them!

I cannot speak highly enough of Dr. Omar Ibrahimi. Over the years, he has performed multiple Mohs surgeries for me and treated several of my family members as well. Each experience has only deepened my appreciation for his extraordinary care. Dr. Ibrahimi is the definition of gentle, thorough, and meticulous. From the moment you walk into his office, you feel reassured and he takes the time to explain each step, answer every question, and ensure you're completely comfortable. His precision as a surgeon is matched only by his kindness and calm demeanor. I had a great experience at CT Skin Institute. I had a benign mole in the center of my face (in between my eyes) that I wanted removed due to appearance. Going in, I was nervous since this mole was at the center of my face, however, Dr. Ibrahimi and the staff at CT Skin Institute made the entire process easy by explaining my options and what the result would most likely look like. They also answered all of the questions that I had both pre- and post-procedure. It is now two weeks post-removal; the mark is healing nicely, and I am very satisfied with the results.

Dr. Kim has worked absolute wonders on my skin!! I’ve struggled with acne for years, but at the time I started seeing her, my skin was at the worst it had been for a while and I was completely lost on what to do. I started seeing Dr. Kim at her Milford office in October. From my very first visit, she listened to my concerns, and talked me through what she was seeing. When prescribing medications for my acne she is always thorough so I know exactly what I’m taking, how to take it, and what each medication will help with. She always answers any questions I have, and overall has made me feel so comfortable at every visit! Everyone I’ve interacted with at her office has been amazing as well! I so wish I was better with names to give everyone a proper shout out! But from the front desk, to her assistant, they are always so sweet and helpful, and I have always been greeted with smiles! My skin is looking and feeling so much better, and I could not be happier with my experience at CT Skin Institute! Thank you SO much Dr. Kim and her team! I’d give more stars if I could!! I've had 3 procedures done (medical, not personal) over 7 years at CSI, all 5 star. All had stiches I barely felt, and now can't even see, and all face / head, very visible areas. The staff, nurses, everyone are all superb, Dr Ibrahimi is on another level of genius you rarely see. At least for me, he never talked about how good things will look, he merely describes the procedures, but months later as things disappear you realize the art outweighs the science. If it involves the skin, don't look anywhere else.

The doctor removed the wrong cancerous area on my face. He gave no explanation nor took ownership of the error. I am now left with an unnecessary scar which was compounded by being told to leave the stitches in for 2 weeks at which point they had to be literally dug out of my skin. I am now going to a doctor at Yale New Haven to have the surgery done on the correct area and plastic surgery on the scar he created.

I’ve been seeing Conneticut Skin Institute for my laser treatments for over a year, and have been seen great improvements regarding my treatment. The ladies at the front desk are always very nice and welcoming to me and are sure to make sure I’m comfortable once I enter the office. I’ve been to the Milford office more than the Stamford office because it’s closer to me, but both are very professional and offer the same comfortability.
