The entire staff is always genuinely helpful and welcoming. I know some people get perturbed if they have to wait for more than 5 minutes past their appointment time. But this isn't a factory or a fast food joint - it's a doctor's office with a professional who takes care to address all of the current patients concerns before moving on to the next patient. Dr. Eikhorst is the best.

Beautiful office. Well organized. Was my initial first appt, and didn’t leave a great first impression. But not extremely friendly staff, fastest doctors appointment I’ve ever had… I met with the doctor for less than 5 minutes—after 2 minutes she had her hand on the door ready to leave the room. I had to push to ask additional questions because I wasn’t asked if I had any. I didn’t feel like any relationship was built, but was just a quick transaction. I did get my general questions answered but am not certain I’ll be back as a lifelong patient. Disappointing after a 3 month wait to get into this office. Giving a 3 star rating to be nice.
