Highly recommed Dr. Jeffrey Knipsel! Was referred by a family member for something I have been putting off for a while. Office was impressive, but the service I received was even more impressive. Was taken in right on time. He said my issue was nothing to worry about and easy to take care of and it would only take 5 minutes. I asked him if we could do it now and he came right back and I was out of the office 10min later! It has been about a month now and this ugly skin patch is off my face and looks great! I wish I had come a year earlier when it first appeared. Thank you Dr. Knipsel!

All of the office staff were excellent. Sadly, I was rushed by Dr. Knispel and I felt as though he considered my issues (largely cosmetic) to be silly. He ran out the door after spending less than 10 minutes with me. I saw Dr. Buscher last year and had a similar experience. My total body check (the fastest in history) was performed by Archita Patel. This year I saw Natasha and she was wonderful. I tried to give this practice a chance, but after my recent visit I won’t return. Except for my visit with Natasha, I’ve been very disappointed with the medical professionals I saw.

Office (Newtown) is clean, warm, friendly and appointments taken on time. Huge space - social distancing not a problem. First time meeting Dr. Eikhorst and she was great. Felt comfortable with her and the office in general. Have already referred 2 people to her and will be plenty more referrals in the future. Start to finish was seamless. Wonderful first impression and interaction from my first call to schedule an appointment to checking out and setting up next appointment. I am happy to leave a glowing review.

Carmela was absolutely wonderful, friendly warm & courteous! Very helpful & really listening to my concern. I have now scheduled my yearly body scan with her! My last Doctor was just way too nonchalant like I was taking up his time. So different with Carmela, my confidence with this office has been greatly improved. The staff was professional, pleasant and informative. The facility was clean. The waiting area was comfortable, although there was no coffee, tea or water. If my Mohs treatment had required several samples over several additional hours of waiting, I can't imagine how I would have managed with no food or drink available. The written material furnished at the end was clear and useful, as were the oral instructions. The whole experience was more than satisfactory with one exception. I was told to arrive at 7:45 am for an 8 am appointment. The office didn't open until 8 am and I, and two other people, were left standing in the hallway. that's the second time this has happened to me, so it was not an anomaly.

I had my first appointment at the Newtown office yesterday and they were great. Staff were amazing and all were very nice and professional, from the front desk, to the med tech, to the PA. I met with Carmela for my visit and she had an amazing bedside manner and seems very knowledgeable. I am not sure what the med techs name was, but she was awesome too. I would definitely recommend.

Other than the initial scheduling experience, I have no complaints. The staff was very friendly and professional. I originally called to make an appointment about an issue I was having. The scheduler was very abrupt, telling me my first appointment would be a full body check and there was nothing available for six to eight weeks. I took the first appointment available. My expectation was the appointment would be for a full body check, instead it simply addressed my skin issue. The total visit lasted about 20 minutes.

It was my first visit to Dr. Eikhorst after she was recommended by my regular PA to look at a couple of spots on my face. The office was clean and sanitary, and they had elevator foot buttons for a true touch free entrance. Dr Eikhorst and her assistant Laura were both great. You could tell that they worked well together as a team. They were kind, caring, efficient and even funny. Great care. Thanks!

They actually use the info you preload in the system sparing you repetitive filling out of forms. They saw me within 5 minutes of my scheduled time. The room was comfortable. I was just finished putting a robe on when the doctor saw me. She was quick but thorough. I was in and out within 15 minutes. Best doctor’s experience ever.
