Very disappointing experience with Milan Laser. I signed up in December 2024 expecting consistent treatments in 2025 but dealt with constant cancellations and lack of availability. I only received 4 treatments total, despite paying monthly through a financing plan. Laser works best every 6–8 weeks, yet there was a time when I went 3–4 months without a treatment due to cancellations on their end. I even took time off work for appointments, so last-minute rescheduling was not workable for me. Canceling was difficult, communication was poor, and although I received a partial refund in December 2025, I was still left with a balance of $700+. Paying $120/month for a full year plus an additional $700 for just four treatments was a huge waste of money. I would not recommend Milan Laser.

Although the attention was friendly during the free consultation, the problem began later: I signed a contract linked to the approval of a loan (to pay for the treatment in installments). Hours later, I received an email notifying me that the loan had been rejected, and that the contract, therefore, was canceled. I understood this perfectly. My claim is different: since then I have tried to communicate by mail to officially confirm this cancellation and avoid any automatic charge. They haven't answered me. It's been more than a week. I have captures and evidence. I don't ask for anything out of place, just a confirmation and that the established are respected. Unfortunately, I leave this review here only because it is the only medium in which I may get an answer.
