Botta Medical Aesthetics has been amazing to work with! I first met Liz and Dr. Botta in February '25. They helped me with some skin issues I had. Since then, I have been using excellent skin products that have helped so much. In March '25 I signed up for Thrive to lose weight for my daughter's wedding in July '25. I was able to lose close to 50 lbs.!! I had incredible support from Liz and Crystal! They have great compassion and I felt so supported throughout my journey with them. They are amazing RN's and care deeply about their patients! Linda was awesome to work with as well, scheduling (and changing) appointments for me as needed. They all greeted me with a warm welcome when I arrived and cheered me on throughout my time with them. I enjoyed going into the office for my weekly weigh ins and looked forward to seeing the ladies smiling faces! Thank you all for your thoughtful approach to weight loss! I’ve been seeing Liz for neurotoxins a little over a year now. I used to go much further away and I love that there is a local option. I found Liz to be very knowledgeable and she didn’t push me to get additional products or services I didn’t need. I would say Liz is cautious not inject too much because she wants her patients to be happy with their results, and you can always add more. I am very happy with my results every single time. I had a very good experience at Botta medical Aesthetics! Liz was wonderful to talk with and listened to my concerns. She explained thoroughly what to expect before and during my procedure. Everything was clean and the waiting area and other areas were very peaceful. Beautiful tropical fish tanks! I was having telangiecstacia (spider vein) treatment so nothing too major but, I felt comfortable and all the precautions were taken. I was explained aftercare and was given a sample of SPF (nice mineral one to try) and will be back for my check in a couple of weeks. My job requires me to be on my feet for over eight hours five days a week. This is the main reason I get my medical pedicure on a regular cycle. Botta medical is a professional office staffed by nurses and doctors and practices the highest standards of hygiene unlike some of the traditional nail and pedicure salons. I know when I walk in that every item has been strelized and clean throughly and the best part is not having to stick my feet in tub of the water that I hoped was cleaned properly. Everything here is done to the highest standards. Crystal and Dr Botta always take the time to explain proper foot care and with their special callus services my feet have never been softer. This is extremely important since I average over 15,000 steps while working each day . Lastly the cost is on par with a high end pedicure you would get at the strip mall.
