This was my first appointment at this office since my old dermatologist didn’t take my insurance anymore. It was recommended by two friends. I saw Natasha and I’m so happy that I did. She was very professional and was able to answer all my questions and concerns. Melanoma runs in my family so I get a yearly scan and this was the most thorough exam I ever had. Even though they have a medi spa in their office, she looked up the places where I was thinking of going to have a procedure done and even wrote down exactly what laser machine would be best for my concerns/condition, if I decided to go anywhere. She never pushed for me to only go to them, which I liked. I would highly recommend Natasha.

From the receptionist to the nurse to my provider, EVERYONE was beyond helpful, friendly and kind. I was 20 minutes late for my appointment. I was the last appointment of the day. I called but that location did not receive the call or the message that I would be late. When I got there it looked like they thought I was not coming and getting ready to leave however, they saw me anyway. They took their time and asked me if I had any questions. The provider even grabbed a chair and sat with me. I was trying to rush because I felt so bad about being late but she and the nurse said no worries take your time you are The last patient of the day, it’s fine. They made me feel like I wasn’t just a body, but I was there for my concerns to be addressed. This is the southbury location exit 15, Thank you for a job well done - often times I go into medical facilities and feel like just another number ($), But this experience was efficient and different

Dr. Gorodetskiy was wonderful. I came in with a mole on my back that made me very nervous. She checked it and found another suspicious mole on my back and removed them both so they could be sent off for testing. She was very kind, informative and walked me through the entire process. Her and her assistant put my mind at ease and made me feel very welcome. I had never been to a dermatologist before so having this as my very first experience has made me a lifelong patient.
