My first appointment is amazing, the staff is great they explain everything and you won’t have any information missing they will answer all your questions. The location is good, considering time and distance where you commuting is keys as is a busy surrounding area, as delays might happen between traffic, accidents or weather can affect your appointment, meanwhile the treatment is good and they are very clean and comfortable installations.

Editing my review now that I’ve made my third visit to this location. My provider for laser this weekend was super friendly, informative, and efficient. I very much liked being treated by her. I would like to say though that scheduling is a nightmare and employees seem spread too thin. My appointment was abruptly moved without prior notice, as an employee quit without warning. I feel that they likely left due to the workload or other issues with this business. Please provide more staffing and perhaps pause accepting new clients so that you can better serve your customers. I’ve never been able to reschedule an appointment at this location, and I always book my next two sessions in advance just so I can get onto the calendar, otherwise the schedule is jam packed. If the customer is responsible for ensuring they complete their treatments in the allotted time, but the business is unable to meet customer needs regarding scheduling, then what? I’ve had concerns over paying for my laser in one lump sum, about maybe not being able to complete all of my treatments within the 16 month window due to scheduling availability. This was a major purchase for me, so it’s a bit frustrating to say the least, to have to worry that perhaps it was a mistake.

I can’t say enough great things about Ideal Image! After trying Botox at several other places with little to no results due to building a resistance to it, I was feeling discouraged and honestly a bit skeptical that anything would work for me. But this team completely changed that. They took the time to listen to my concerns, explained why previous treatments may not have been effective, and recommended trying Xeomin instead of traditional Botox. The results have been AMAZING but still look natural. I had zero bruising as well! The staff were friendly, accommodating and very informative.

Please don’t waste your money at this place. I did it twice. No results. They are rude, and have no idea what they are talking about. I had bruises for 3 weeks … never had that before. The manager was supposed to call me. But we know that’s never going to happen. Stay clear. I was warned. But went back for whatever reason. Bad choice! Everyone in Stamford says it’s the worst!
