So for starters Dr kirk was a nice Dr but refused to hear my side of story after the male Practitioner Dolan exploded on me in the patient room because I disagreed with his opinion. That's my right!!! This man jumped up and snapped on me like a wild dog screaming and yelling at me to get the he'll put of his office. He embarrassed me, patients in lobby and staff. They were clueless about what was happening. He threatened to call cops. Guess what I did that he or staff won't tell anyone? I was calm as can be. This guy was in my face yelling at me. Anyone else would have swung on him. But I was so confused with his behavior and personality. I was shocked! Kirk said irreconcilable differences. Really? The when I had my records requested to a new doctor, they wouldn't take me because he defamed my character and lied about the situation. Thank you, you sorry excuse for a si called doctor. Your a ticking time bomb behind your devilish smile. Looking to see lawyer about what he wrote in my records.

Avoid this practice! They are unethical and out for the money, not the patients. They will withhold services unless you make an appointment so they can bill you and/or insurance. I needed my primary care doctor to sign that I was in good health for a procedure, they made me do a second physical two weeks after my first one just to get that paper signed. They told me to make an appointment for the doctor to call with my bloodwork results, never told me I would be billed for it and next thing I know I get a bill in the mail for $108. They charged me an office visit for a phone call to tell me bloodwork results….I tried calling the office and all they did was argue and were incredibly rude.

Dr. Kirk has been an amazing primary care doctor. She is caring, attentive, thorough and a great listener. She truly cares about her patients and her staff is always pleasant and helpful. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

This place is truly the best Primary Care office that I have ever been to. I have always felt cared about and never judged or rushed here. It’s usually a short wait time; but, hey, we all get busy sometimes. I’d say better than average wait overall. Kelly is a rockstar with her bedside manner. Now they have a new PA named Tim and I don’t think I’ve ever been so impressed with someone’s empathy and care in the medical field as I have been with him. Thank you for such outstanding care.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Kirk for quite some time now and so has my entire family. The staff is amazing and they treat you like family. You literally will not find anyone like her, she has the best bedside manner and she’s kind, smart, and funny! When it comes to primary care doctors I have never had any luck. None of them would listen and they would brush me off and not take a second look! Not Dr. Kirk she digs deeper for the answer and even when she can’t find it she looks somewhere else she never settles or gives up until she finds the answer and she’s always fighting in your corner. She puts her whole heart and soul into her patients and gives them an advocate a friend and a support system along with the best doctor in Delaware you will ever find! Also she laughs at my grandpa’s corny jokes!! Lol

Had my annual with Denise one year ago She didn't recommend any imaging after my mom having breast cancer stage 4. Then she ordered bloodwork and I read on their walls that they are not responsible for following up on bloodwork results even if the results are abnormal?? Why are we paying? Anyways to top if all off, today I called ahead to confirm my 2nd annual with Denise at 230 they said all good. I leave work early because I live in Dover. I show up 230 I'm told by reception I'd have to wait an hour to see the dr after they take all of my intake forms. If you guys have a $50 no show fee shouldn't I be paid for that no show? I am home typing this up before an interview I have at 4pm (dr would have seen me at 330pm one hour after the agreed time) to give feedback. Reception was nice to me, but Im sure they could have done more to help the physician manage her time even though that is her job. I'm told the pcp I saw is leaving in September so I'm assuming it wasn't a good fit for her. Sorry for the negative review but I lost money and over an hour of time. And now I'm back trying to find a primary care physician and its not easy in DE.
