I had a great experience for the first half of treatment, but now I'm not getting results because the treatments are not consistent between techs. A couple months ago I went in for an appointment, but a week later I noticed my hair wasn't shedding like usual. So I called the office and they let me know that the tech had switched to a laser I've never used before because it was summer time. At my next appt, a different tech switched back to my usual laser because I had no results from my last treatment. She also said that I should have better results by this point in treatment, so she adjusted the laser to a lower power and higher depth so it could reach deeper into the hair follicles, and sure enough, it worked great! So the next time I went in to treatment with a different tech, I asked specifically if they were using the same settings as last my last treatment, the tech said yes, but my results said otherwise. I called the office a couple weeks later saying that I have no shedding at all, and they informed me that they used the same power setting, but a lower depth, and that this was their policy and how it has to be done. She told me that this tech had years of experience and knows what she's doing. I explained again that I had no results, and that I specifically asked for the same treatment, so if the tech lied to me, how can know if any of my future treatments will work? I asked to a least be switched to a different tech, but she said there are no other techs and my last tech is no longer with the company. They said there was no supervisor I could speak to about this and gave me an email address to contact. So I contacted that email address 9 days ago, no response. Then I messaged a different email listed on their website, no response. I even tried texting an office manager who reached out to me at the beginning of my treatment in case I had any concerns, but of course, I got no response. I have already paid them in full for my treatment, so if this does not get resolved I will have paid full price for half the results.

I must give appreciation and high recommendation for Lissette at Body Details in Altamonte Springs. She made my first experience worthwhile and stress-free. Starting from answering all my questions to working with my schedule and providing quality service, I have no complaints! The laser hair and tattoo removal was not painful and she took her time and was very thorough. She also gave me good recommendations for maintenance, other useful services and the best payment plan.
