I had my hair colored and they did a fast, sloppy job. the color came out ugly and after being promised another free appointment to fix the color, they called me the day of my appointment to tell me they couldn't get the dye. they should've used foil and heat the first time but the lady named christine who did my hair only bragged about being a fast worker. they only refunded me $20 and they are crooks. $200 later I have crappy hair color and now I have to pay someone else again to fix it.
