Pros: very accommodating and supportive nurses and office staff. They offer complimentary scar laser treatment. Cons: Dr. Pozner skills and bed side manners. The initial appointment took just about 4 minutes, during which he advised me of a neck lift procedure and what it would address. It did not address half of what was communicated. On the procedure day he was very rude, condescending, rushing. and even used profanity in the operating room while talking with his assistant. Terrible experience during the procedure and poor outcome. It seems that this Dr. is full of himself.

I had a lower eye laser treatment with this doctor years ago, and my skin has never recovered. The area remains red and damaged to this day. This procedure has permanently affected my appearance, and I deeply regret trusting this clinic. I would strongly caution anyone considering laser treatment here.

I was highly recommended to Dr. Jason Pozner. I had a Contour TRL laser. I was told that he is the King of face lasers and he truly is. He took his time with me during our initial consultation; which he does not charge for whether you use him or not. I asked for other procedures and he said that I did not need them and that they would not give me the look that I wanted. He undersold me. Previously, I went to another provider for a consultation and I was oversold with those procedures and more. Wow just wow doesn’t even begin to describe my experience. Diana Molina, a wonderful, kind and professional nurse was assigned to me and we had consultations regarding medications and the process of the procedure. She happily answered all of my questions and she made me feel extremely at ease and very well taken care of. I am in my healing process and know that my results are going to be amazing. I expected to have the procedure and then a follow up appointment 6 weeks or so later. The next day I was given an appointment to come in for a cleaning. At that time I was introduced and assigned to a very skilled and kind esthetician, Tina Roth, to take personal care of me and my investment. She makes me feel like I am her only client. I go three times a week for cleanings, check ins and updated protocols for my face as it goes through its stages of healing. Every time I walk into the office for my follow ups I feel like a celebrity and the red carpet comes out. This follow up process has over exceeded my expectations. The office is fresh, new, clean and inviting. The staff is friendly, warm and welcoming. Jason was extremely thorough with my laser; he got every inch of my skin. I trusted him completely and was not nervous one bit. I feel so lucky, grateful and blessed to have had Dr Pozner do my surgery. I went to the best in the business. I would recommend Dr. Pozner for any of the procedures that he offers; money well spent! I will be a client for life. I want to recognize these true professionals: Cindy, Rosalyn, Ashley, Jensya, and, Rachael; these are the gems that helped make my experience life changing. I already feel so different and good about myself. I am 58 and I feel like I am 25 again. Thank you Dr. Pozner and Staff.

I had an implant exchanged, Lift , lower Bleph I ended up with capsular Contracture … Plus, I had laser on my face and under my eyes , it’s been a few years under my eyes have been scarred permanently.. there is nothing I can do to rectify the situation with the laser.. it was a very traumatic experience.. The aesthetician ( Tina ) was Loving and compassionate . unfortunately , there was nothing she could do

Dr. Kurshner is the board certified anesthesiologist. He is also incredible, caring, thorough and patient. He doesn’t rush you and makes sure he knows your complete medical history in order to provide the best course of anesthesia for you as an individual. The staff at Sanctuary is full of literal angels. From the moment you call to make an appointment to the moment of your surgery and thereafter, you will he guided and treated like you are their only patient. My results from my surgery are nothing less then amazing. I can’t stop staring at myself! I can’t believe this is MY body!!! I promise you won’t be disappointed in any way, shape or form. Call. He delivers ZERO results for acne scarring!! Story: I am a twenty-year-old college student who went to Dr. Posner two years ago for treatment for my acne scars. He performed two rounds of laser on my face, telling me that for my age, I could expect to see a 70-80% improvement and it would take a year to see the full improvement. Unhappy with the little to no results, I went back to his office to ask for more treatment. He still wanted to charge me another $1,000 for making a promise he couldn’t keep. Upon discussing pricing, he stormed out on me and told me he didn’t remember who I was. He is very arrogant and does not care about giving his patients the best results. I worked all of high school to save up money to deal with how insecure my scars make me. To be treated this way by a middle-aged doctor is absolutely appalling. He just cares about money. Under no circumstances would I recommend him.
