Truly the worst place! I bought 2-reflexology treatments. I rather lose my money on the second one then to go back. Although the young lady who did my reflexology was as nice and sweet as she could be, I don't think she know what reflexology really was! The other staff members were unfriendly and cold. I felt like it was just another place opened to take in as much money as they could. Not a place I would trust for any services.

This place is a joke! I purchased a Groupon for laser hair removal and it seemed like it was working well so I purhcased additional packages for over $1,000. A couple months after the last session all of the hair is back... which isn't surprising considering all of the techs were always rushed. I hadn't been in a while and had a couple sessions left from one of the packages I didn't finish so I decided to use those for touch ups on the areas I had already completed. The tech was 10 mins late coming back from lunch, then left me waiting in the room for another 10 minutes and then came in and informed me that the machine was running low so she probably wouldn't be able to get through everything unless I wanted to wait 20 minutes for them to reboot. This wasn't the first time I have run into that either. I told her to do what she could and she proceeded to complete my under arms and brazilian in less than 10 minutes. She barely did anything, a complete rip off! Do not waste your money here! P.S. This is the first business that I have ever left a negative review of!

Very nice facility and great staff. They have all the services you look for in a spa and then some. It gives you the feeling that your in a spa but at the same time a very medical and professional feel as well. I would recommend it to anyone. I will be back for more!
