I am beyond frustrated with my experience at ClearlyDerma in Boca Raton. Prior to my appointment, I verified multiple times that they accepted my insurance. I checked in, saw the doctor, and everything seemed fine. But upon checking out, I was suddenly told they don’t accept my insurance and that I had to pay $245 out of pocket. I was shocked — after they had assured me otherwise. Then, they conveniently “recalculated” and dropped it to $150. The whole situation felt extremely shady. Days later, I contacted ClearlyDerma’s corporate office only to find out that my insurance had in fact paid the bill in full. Now I’m stuck waiting while they “investigate” what happened. This is ridiculous and feels like patients are being taken advantage of. Beware if you plan on visiting this office. Double check everything because my experience left me feeling misled, annoyed, and completely taken advantage of. Also the injections I received was expired

I have been a patient of Clearly Derm for many years. Lindsay Nardi is the best. I just saw the PA Tara in Central Boca. Very kind and professional. Ashley the medical asst listen to my concerns. Thank you to Kim at the front desk for accommodating my schedule. The office had to cancel my appt for 10 today with Dr Tracy but Kim was able to get me in with Tara. Ty.

I rarely leave reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience. My daughter was recently diagnosed with Alopecia, and while that alone is hard enough, dealing with this office made it even worse. The day before her appointment, we got a call saying our insurance was no longer accepted—something that should’ve been handled way sooner. Then I had an incredibly difficult time getting a copy of her diagnosis. When I called to ask about a blood test referral, I was spoken to like I didn’t understand what I was asking for. The staff member even slowed her speech as if I were incompetent. I clearly explained that I was asking for a referral for bloodwork, not for them to do the bloodwork themselves. Instead, I was brushed off with “we’re a dermatologist office, we don’t do bloodwork.” I’ve called, texted, and messaged through the portal multiple times and still haven’t received a clear answer or any follow-up. As a mom trying to advocate for her child, it’s heartbreaking and frustrating to be dismissed like that. I truly hope they treat future families with more compassion, professionalism, and basic communication.

Dr. Weatherall is an amazing doctor but every since Schweiger took over, the place has become awful. When I used to call to make appointments I was able to speak with someone in the medical office. I have received voicemails on multiple occasions to reschedule my appointments and they leave me a callback number that takes me to a call center. Early this year I showed up for an appointment and when I arrived they said I was not on their calendar. In June I was supposed to have an appointment and when no one called me to confirm I reached out and they said that my appointment had been canceled. I have had to physically go into the office to schedule an appointment. I never write negative reviews because who has the time?!! but I wrote this while I was on hold with them only to be told 15 minutes later that they can call me back due to a high call volume. Schweiger Dermatology should be so thankful that Dr. Weatherall works there because I can assure you that they would lose hundreds of patients if she left.

As a perfect example of my earlier review below - last week I received a call from Courtney in response to my review. She left a phone number which I called back. After holding several minutes, I was routed to the next agent in que - She had no idea who Courtney was and tried to connect me, said she wasn't available and would leave a message, waited several more minutes on hold, then told Courtney would call me back. About 30 minutes later I received a call from someone who asked if I needed to reschedule my appointment. I said no, that was already done; I'm call back for Courtney. The person said all she could see in my notes was that I needed to reschedule my appointment and she wasn't sure who Courtney was. Haven't heard a word since. This is my point - customer service has gone to zero. Prior review : I'm giving 2 stars because Elizabeth Meador and Dr. Chediak are excellent and very professional. HOWEVER since Schweiger took over, the customer service situation has gone down to no stars. I've had my appointment cancelled now three times without any notice, then just left a message cancelled call back to reschedule. Now my appointment options have gone from Sept to October to December and the call center (no more human in the office to help with appointments) blames the physicians. I know it's not the physicians because I've gone there for 12 years as ClearlyDerm and it was GREAT. Heartbreaking to see what has happened.

I went for a rash in my skin that developed after a surgical tape. Where my sking became darker and was itching. This was 10 days after my surgery I. Saw Tara Selek. She seemed to not know exactly what it was and prescribed me a cream for the itch with cortisone, 3. More weeks pass by I went to my family dr. And this was a yeast Infection in the skin now spread to my body, because of the incorrect treatment, i had based on the color of skin and symptoms location and everything, the family dr knew what it was just by looking at it, she prescribed pills and cream.. I just can't beleived that a person that specialized in skin couldn't tell what was going on..reason why I went to a dermatologist first, this could have been a avoided to spread and get worst if Tara Selek would know what to do and address the problem. Also the nurse that took me to the room was very rude.. she was not emphatic I had a complex surgery and she was rushing me while I was explaining what was going on and she had the audacity to say just get to the point. So unprofessional.

Horrible customer service. It is impossible to get anyone in this office period. I left 3 voicemails in a span of 2 weeks and no one called me back. You can only speak to an automated service, and outsourced billing. I find later hidden fees for which I am billed and not told during the actual vist. They can bill me all they want.

I have been a client for over 4 years and for the most part was very happy coming here. Recently there were changes made to the business and it’s gone down hill. Two visits ago I got skipped over for my appointment and sat for some time before they realized the mistake. My doctor was very upset it happened and she has always been amazing, so I figured this was just a one off issue. My next visit everything seemed normal. I was called to confirm my appointment, my insurance card was taken, I updated the paperwork they provided me and I paid my 40 dollar copay as usual. Weeks later I got a large bill in the mail and I went in person to see what was going on. I was told that they recently dropped several insurers and that United was now considered out of network. I explained to the staff that I had been going for years, they called to confirm my appointment, I updated the necessary paperwork on my visit per their request, I provided my insurance card, they didn’t say anything about not taking United anymore and they took my 40 dollar copay as normal. They agreed with me and signed a form saying they will be waiving the fee and just my copay was sufficient due to the issue. Weeks later I get another bill and call the billing department. They are super argumentative and seem to not care about the situation or that I have a form from their staff waiving the bill that they wrote and handed to me. I go back to the office again and explain the updated situation. I’m again waiting to get this resolved have been treated like absolute garbage. I hope the doctors look into what’s taking place for many of their long term clients as I am absolutely appalled and will never go back to them again.

I frequently visit this office when I come into town from Massachusetts. I haven't found a place back home that gives the level of care and professionalism that this office provides. Allison is excellent at her profession and takes pride in the services she provides. I also see Elizabeth for Botox and love that she listens and treats her clients with same level of service. I won't go anywhere else but this location for treatment. Thanks for helping keep my skin looking amazing!

I saw Dr. Angela Weatherall around the end of May 2025 for a full body exam. I appreciated the time she took to answer my questions, very informative. I then scheduled an appointment to have “cosmetic treatment “ in mid July 2025 , removing a few moles, skin tags. There had been an incident related to scheduling beforehand, but I was able to speak to Emilia, Dr. Weatherall’s assistant about the situation. I felt better to be able to address it, so hopefully it wouldn’t happen again, I have complete confidence with having Dr. Weatherall as my doctor, so much so, that I travel from Jupiter to see her.
