I would like to provide an overview of my recent experience with Dr. Amanda Bielenfeld and her office. I visited the office more than two weeks ago, and unfortunately, I still have not received the medication that was prescribed. The pharmacy informed me that they have not received the necessary clinical notes or the authorization requested by my insurance in order to process and cover the medication. I have tried multiple times to contact the office for an update, but I have not received any response. In addition, during my appointment, I was disappointed with the level of care provided. Dr. Bielenfeld briefly looked at the issue on my finger but did not examine the skin concerns I mentioned on my legs. When I told her that I had the same type of marks under my legs, she did not take a look, and simply said, “It’s probably the same thing,” before stating she would send a cream. She spent less than five minutes with me, and I felt that my concerns were dismissed rather than properly evaluated. Overall, I feel that the visit was very unprofessional, and I am extremely unsatisfied with the lack of follow-up and the quality of care I received. I would appreciate assistance in resolving the matter and ensuring the required documentation is promptly submitted to my pharmacy so I can receive my medication. Thank you.

I’m not one to post negative reviews. I’m extremely disappointed with this practice. The level of care and follow up is deplorable. I went in last Friday to have something looked at. I explained to the doctor (Julia Escandon Brehm) about my concerns that there was a palpable core under the surface of the skin. She took a perfunctory look at the blemish and used a surface treatment (cryo) instead of removing the core through small excision/lance. She never even palpated the area to confirm. I expressed my concern about her treatment strategy and she dismissed me with the typical ego of an MD. She misdiagnosed and provided an incorrect treatment for something simple I’d be concerned and unable to trust her with something more serious if that’s the dedication and care she shows to her patients. You cannot get in touch with the local front desk staff directly. It takes over 30 minutes for an agent in the overseas call center to answer. Then they have to route you to the front desk which includes more wait time. When I finally got through I spoke with Allison who was pleasant and took my message which was never responded to. I’ve left several messages and texts for the office manager to contact me since then and have yet to receive any communication. I gave them every opportunity to do the right thing before posting this negative review. I would not recommend this practice.

The front desk girl and assistant were nice and professional but when dr. soraya brenda came in the room she was extremely rude and condescending. when asked why i came in i told her i broke out in rashes and she replies i don't see any rashes. when i took my shirt off to show her she saw all my tattoos and commented "What are you a gangster"? which i took extremely offensive i said excuse me so im a gangster because i have tattoos and sarcastically said i've also been to jail, instead of an appology she immediately asks if im taking anything off the street again i reply what do you mean by that and again condecenging she says well you have been jail so are you take street drugs!!!! i filled out all the pre screening which i have answered these questions. i have never been so disrespected in my life by a so called professional. also like to note that when i was in the waiting room another patient stormed out because of the unprofessionalism and the staff laughed about it.

The office in West Boca is incredible… The staff from the start are so kind and patient. The nursing staff have always been so fun to talk to before my appointments! Also PA Nicole is so knowledgeable! I was so impressed by her natural approach to skin care as well, 10/10 recommend this office!

Writing this review hoping i can save someone from wasting time going here like i wasted i don’t know if she is racist and was just like that with me because she has good reviews which is why i went to her. She didn’t even touch my skin or assess my skin It took her forever to come in the room and she talked to me in an almost demeaning way . She sound like she was just pulling at straws saying anything. I’ve NEVER had skin issues or eczema. I had a very random skin reaction to something and i wish i saw someone else about it . She walks in and basically says do you have anything for me to see and I’m telling her i can feel it but it’s hard to see with the naked eye. And that i ruled out most of the irritants she named and im pretty strict with products ive been using for years and didnt recently switch and she still proceeded to say that was the cause I’ll never be back to this office

Nicole Gentile is extremely knowledgeable in the field of dermatology. She is compassionate and has excellent bedside manners. The number one thing she does is LISTENS, LISTENS! to her patient concerns. That in fact is priceless. She educated me on my multiple conditions and gave me many options as per treatment and how to approach them. She recorded carefully all my concerns, with a close detail examination of my skin .I also brought my 3 and 7 year old and she was very gentle with them. She is calm and focus all her attention towards you . Germanine her assistant was knowledgable and so friendly. She made me feel like I knew them for so many years. The front desk girl Olivia was so welcoming and easy to talk to! This was a second chance! since I did not have a good experience with the other Boca location on Powerline Rd. This West Boca location adheres to the high standard of care that Schweiger Dermatology group is known for. As a New Yorker who has followed schweiger dermatology since 2010 I know only the best of the best are selected to be in this group. You can trust that all your dermatological needs will taken care in trusted hands. Overall I’m so glad I had a great experience and so happy to find Nicole Gentile. She definitely understands Dermatology needs at a higher level. My girls and i left this office overjoyed. The girls got teddy's bears and lollipops and can’t wait to come back. I highly recommended them!!

Terrible. I’m not sure what changed once they switch names as we never had a problem under the last “ownership “ My husband made an appointment to get an estimate on a procedure he wanted done. He spoke to the doctor, they said they would send a predetermination to our insurance company And he made an appointment for a little over a month out to be sure we had time Information back. Fast forward about three weeks we haven’t heard anything so we called to ask and get some oblivious guy on the line who says we need to send our own pre-D with the codes they were going to use. I checked and of course, nothing was ever sent out. I work with Insurance and I know how simple sending out a medical pre d is. No one gave us any codes and we have no way to know which ones they’re going to bill, Apparently, they expected us to pull random code out of mid air. Either that Or they were hoping we would just show up randomly trusting that they did what they were supposed to do end up getting screwed with a ridiculous bill. My husband ended up calling back a few days later, asking if they could give us the codes And they had no idea what they were,, finally a week or so later they give us a couple random codes, but at this point we had to cancel There’s no way we would have time. Fast forward to today they send us a bill for the consultation. Our family’s been going to the office for a while now, but unfortunately, we are switching now
