Thorough, Professional, Friendly I chose this place per recommendations from others in our community and I’m glad I did. It was very easy to use their website to book an appointment, fill out forms electronically and submit insurance information. I will say that the number of emails and text messages reminding me about my appointment is a bit excessive – almost annoying, but as there are so many seniors in this area and plenty with memory issues, I understand. Thomas Pino, PA is very friendly, taking time to hear my concerns and questions. As it was my first visit, he performed a full body exam which resulted in no issues or problems. He put my mind at ease as far as a few spots I was concerned about. The exam is surprisingly fast and well worth the piece of mind knowing your skin is healthy.

I want to share my excellent experience with Dr. Pino. My appointment was scheduled for 10am I had a full body scan exam, and was treated for a pre cancerous spot on my cheek. He discussed all my concerns patiently. Best of all I was exiting the clinic at 10:16. Wow! That doesn't happen in most medical related appointment these days. His thorough, patient-focused approach gave me confidence and eased my mind. I am very pleased and highly recommend his care.

My husband recently had 2 Mohs procedures on different days. The staff was fine. The waiting times were beyond ridiculous. The first appointment was scheduled at 11:00AM. We never left the building until 3:00. Moved from room to room and waited and waited and waited every step of the way. The actual "hands on" procedure was less then 30 minutes total. The second Mohs procedure was yesterday. Appointment was at 11:00. We weren't out of there until 4:00!!!! Once again, wait and wait and wait. Both times they only had to cut one time. Please, please, please do something with your scheduling of appointments. Or inform people how long they may be there, so they can bring necessities.

I always have good service from Dr Tom, however from a guest service perspective as you arrive to the office, the staff does not even recognize you when you arrive. No hello, etc...even as signing in, they say nothing. Once you make it to 3rd floor, the staff is completely different and is very welcoming.
