I've been undergoing treatment for over two years with no satisfactory results. The doctor offers no other options for a possible solution; it's always the same injections. Even so, I return for my appointment only to be told there's no product and they don't know when it will arrive! Terrible place.

Had a horrible experience in that office. Brought my kids and was late but still within 15 min policy and was told provider will not see my children. I traveled from far and was not even seen. Provider had reception say she will not see my kids even though I was within the 15min policy. I felt disrespected and was not granted the time for my children to be seen. When asked to speak to the provider I was told she was busy on the phone. So my children were not able to be seen because Elisa Endicott PA was busy on the phone and wanted to leave early. I run a medical office is this was unacceptable to treat patients with unfairness. This office should not be running. I will not be returning and no on should ever go to this office!

I had Mohs surgery on my nose due to Basal Cell Cancer. Went back for my one week checkup and I was concerned about the spot they took skin from for the skin graft. It was infected. The doctor asked if I put anything on it and I said no because I didn’t know what I was allowed to use. He then proceeds to tell his MA to numb the area so he could clean it. He cleaned the spot and looked at my nose, saying both were in good shape and now I could get them wet when I showered. Not once during our short conversation did he say anything about applying antibiotic cream to the spot behind my ear. He did say he would call in an oral antibiotic though. I then come back in the following week to be seen by the NP because the doctor wasn’t there that day. The first thing she says is what have you been putting on the spot by your ear. I said nothing, just soap and water like he told me to do. Before I could finish speaking the MA starts saying oh no the doctor told you to put antibiotic cream on it. I said no, he never said a word about any cream. The MA gets real loud and so does the NP saying the doctor did tell me to apply cream. I immediately felt attacked and couldn’t get a word in because they were both coming at me. The NP said she wasn’t attacking me, but that’s how I felt. The MA said I’m sorry, but in a very sarcastic tone. I finally stood up, stated that I would not be treated that way and I walked out and will never go back. Never did hear from them to apologize or anything. I would never recommend this office to anyone. Also, not once in the summary notes in my portal does it say anything about using antibiotic cream, but did say that an oral antibiotic was being prescribed.

Had a good experience. Staff was nice and took time to do a skin review of my body. Ask for any questions I had and recommend me a cream for my feet. I will go back for the future if needed

I had the worst experience here. I went to Dr. Knisley 3 years ago begging for help because I had fiberglass in my hands and arms. I worked at FedEx and there was a damaged package that someone used fiberglass as packing in the box and I did not know. I went there crying in pain looking for help. Because the MRI couldn't see the fiberglass, Dr. Knisley told me I needed to see a psychiatrist because I was picking at my skin..... YES, I WAS PICKING AT MY SKIN! TRYING TO GET THE FIBERGLASS OUT. 3 YEARS LATER I'M STILL PULLING FIBERGLASS AND DEAD LAYERS OF SKIN OUT OF MY ARMS AND HANDS!!!! Some "Doctor".

Absolutely love having my time being wasted by doctors who don’t read their patients paperwork. They called me to book the appointment I inform the person on the phone I was pregnant. The paperwork they sent me to fill out again I said I was pregnant. When the assistant asked me if I was taking medication I again inform her I was taking one medication the one I’m here for and my prenatal. Even put the medication on the paperwork. I rolled my pregnant self out of my bed to come here. Only when I informed the PA I was pregnant because she wanted to change my medication she let me know she doesn’t prescribe medication to pregnant patients. I completely understand that, however had you read the damn notes and communicated we wouldn’t be here. Charging my insurance for you doing absolutely nothing. Very rude and cold. Telling me you can call us if you need anything. Why would I even come back here if you already haven’t done your due diligence the first time. Totally waste of time. Didn’t forget to text me 5 times to tell me about the 50 dollars you would charge me if I didn’t cancel my appointment with 24 hours notice. What a joke. Cancel and book somewhere else. How we start reading the paperwork you said patients that we are required to fill out.

Great experience here. I had something very concerning under my skin and came here to have it checked out. Scheduling and check-in was quick. The staff were all very friendly. The Doctor took his time to explain everything and was very professional. I needed a surgery and they had me in within 2 days of my original appointment. I am very happy with the result.

I had squamous cell carcinoma on my chest and I was so frightened about the surgery and the outcome. The doctor(Raymond Kinsey) and his male nurse were so kind to me and helped me to become calm and to be able to understand everything clearly. It matters so much how people treat you during these scary times. I couldn’t have asked for two better people to take care of me. I’ve never wrote a review about an experience so quickly . I would NOT recommend taking your CHILD if the appointment is with PA Elisa Endicott! From the time she walked in the room , she had a DARK disposition about her. She should not work with children. Her attitude seems as if she was aggravated with my daughter crying . She barely answered questions and she was not gentle at all. Because I traveled from an hour away , I let her do what needed to be done but I will not return . Once she walked out the room, she looked at the assistant with a smirk . The whole experience with HER was not a pleasant one.
