I saw the reviews, but didn’t have many options in the area with my insurance. I felt like they were just there to collect my $50 copay, collect their fee from my insurance and kick me out. I went in for a routine skin check. After three years and two babies I had several spots I that were new and had come in rather quickly. The nurse came in and examined me for all of 30 seconds with her little light and asked about my family history of skin cancer - as my father has had some lesions removed. She told me to make an appointment for a year from now and that was it. No asking what precautions I take for sun protection or telling me how I could improve. No telling me how I can identify any suspicious spots in the future or why none of the ones I was concerned about fit the bill. I have used tanning beds in the past so I am worried about my skin, not that she asked if I’d ever used them. I felt like I was just another person they could charge their premium to that day, since I didn’t want Botox or fillers. So disappointing this is what I pay so much for healthcare for.

I had an excellent experience here. New patient appt, full body exam, and 2 biopsies all on first visit. Due to my own nerves, I got very dizzy and queasy during a biopsy, which is nonsense bc it didnt hurt at all. They were incredibly kind to my nervous and dramatic self.

Absolutely horrible and rude customer service!! I’ve never been a client however I was advised by FHCP mid Florida dermatology was in network. I called and tried to schedule and appointment for my 3 year old whom I confirmed with FHCP this dermatologist office does not have age specifics. Delilah answered the phone and did not like my son being 3 years old and not once did I yell or scream or belittle this scheduler. Her unprofessional demeanor is unacceptable for a child’s health condition as she simple hung up on my once I advised I contacted FHCP prior to calling her office to confirm specifics about scheduling/referrals/ect. Absolutely disgusting you work in a medical professional setting and you hang up on someone and when calling back you keep placing on hold.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. David Plank was so unprofessional and rude towards me. He was in the room all of five minutes and he said he was sending me to get an ultrasound, which was very misleading because when I scheduled this appointment, I was told I was having surgery on my leg. I did not have surgery, instead I was met with attitude and unprofessionalism. I have NEVER cried after a doctors appointment, I had a panic attack after this appointment. I did get the ultrasound and now the office refuses to see me. If you love yourself or family members, take them elsewhere. You will be made to feel like you're crazy. Dr Plank literally said, "I'm not doing surgery on you until we figure out what is wrong with you." Who says that to a patient? I am in the medical field as well, never have I ever felt so mistreated by a DOCTOR.

I already did my checkup last month, full body. I went in for surgery today 7/13 in Deland. They messed everything up..everything! They said I missed an appointment. I did not. And then this Dr Sherman did another full body check up in front of 3 nurses or whoever they were. Even after I told him I already had this done. I'm not mean or disrespectful but this Dr Sherman D.O. was at least 90 years old and was more interested in teaching / bragging to the 3 women, of his past experiences, with me in just my boxers than any of my concerns. Very bad experience. Now I'm afraid of my supposedly surgery in Ormond Beach next...month?

Service was fine, but when I needed some medical documents to be cleared for a government job it took nearly two weeks and literally 20 emails as well as three phone calls merely to get a 1 page pathology report. It was kind of ridiculous.

This is a terrible terrible place Ashley, Shelby & jasmine have no idea how to communicate , they are very very unsure of which Dr is seen by who & who will see what age & VERY VERY VERY UNORGANIZED TO CALL THE SAME DAY OF AN APPT AFTER RESCHEDULE COURT CASES IS VERY FRUSTRATING OH AND I WILL BE CONTACTING CORPORATE !!!
