The front desk staff was friendly and the office was nice and clean, but I was disappointed with the dermatologist. The office seems more focused on cosmetic procedures than addressing skin issues. The doctor prescribed medication for chest itchiness, but it caused even more irritation, leading me to stop using it after just two applications—definitely a waste of money. During my visit, he performed a frozen procedure to remove two skin tags, but they remain while leaving large, noticeable red scars. I regret this decision, as the scars are much more prominent than the original skin tags. Additionally, the entire appointment felt rushed, which added to my frustration.

Highly Recommend this office! I saw Jennifer Neely and my experience was everything you could hope for. She was patient with my concerns, educated me on my options, and executed procedures perfectly.
