I visited this office last year. The doctor was friendly, but the billing process has been a nightmare. My total bill was $445.37. I paid $385.93 at the front desk thinking that settled everything. Months later, in August 2025, I received a call saying I still owed $59.44. Their billing is outsourced, so no one can answer questions about the charges. When I called the Englewood office to clarify, I was placed on hold for over 20 minutes and never got through. The outsourcer later told me the charges were “correct” per Becky but offered no explanation. Since I could not get through on 9/29/2025 at 11:15AM to cancel my appointment for 12/11/25 at 3PM consider this appointment canceled. How does a 20-minute visit with no insurance cost $445.37? Most doctors offer a substantial discount for direct pay, but not here. Instead, the administration and billing department showed no concern and provided terrible follow-up service. Overall, the medical staff may be fine, but the billing practices and administration make this office one I cannot recommend.
