No wait time and had a great experience. No pain involved and would recommend Med Day Spa to anyone.

I am leaving this review to highly discourage anyone from visiting Ideal Image in the Jacksonville, FL area, which are all under the same management team of Owner/General Manager Liz Kaniosky. I came in for a consultation on November 16, 2024 and met with Ashlynn. I paid in full for my services (full legs and underarms) totaling $3612. When scheduling my first appointment with her, I advised I would only be available for Saturday appointments. She was very accommodating and scheduled my first appointment. Upon my arrival on my appointment day, I was greeted by Natalie and she explained that my appointment was not on their schedule. She spoke with Cheryl, the employee who performs the services, and they were gracious enough to squeeze me in that same day. I had no problem waiting for two hours to be able to get started on my laser hair journey. Natalie mentioned that having Saturday appointments in the future would become an issue, as they are not permitted to book Saturday appointments at all in 2025. It was at this time that I requested a call from a manager to discuss this further. She advised that her manager was out sick, but agreed that someone would be reaching out to me the following Monday… two days later. I did not receive a call back from a manager, and when Cheryl called me to see how I was doing after my treatment later that week, I let her know that I had unresolved issues (that she was aware of) and she said that she was speaking to her manager right now and I should be expecting a call back the same day. After TWO WEEKS, I called the office and again spoke with Ashlynn. She apologized for the oversight with the previous appointment booking and said that owner/manager/General Manager, Liz, would be calling me that day to resolve the matter. Two days later, I finally received a call back from Liz. We ultimately decided that the best way to proceed would be to issue a refund and discontinue my treatment with Ideal Image. She emailed me a document that I printed, signed, and returned within a few hours of receipt. She confirmed that she was processing the refund and it would be in my account within two weeks. THREE WEEKS later, I called because my refund was not reflecting in my account. I spoke with Ashlynn again and she advised that she could see the refund was processing, but since Liz was out of the office that day, she would have to give me a call back. I replied to Liz’s email advising the refund had not been received as of yet. When we spoke, I was admittedly heated, but remained professional. I wish I could say that she handled it better. After interrupting and talking over each other, we agreed that we were not being productive in our conversation. I asked her direct, pointed questions and she refused to answer, citing she didn’t want to interrupt me, even though she was given an opportunity to answer. At that point, I thought the call had been disconnected. She said that even though she told me it would take two weeks for the refund, it actually takes 30 to 45 days for the refund to be processed. I advise that this is completely unacceptable given the experience I have had and the information that she had provided. With a click of a button she told me that the refund was processed and I would see it reflect as a pending transaction on my bank account before the end of the day. She was unable to give a reason as to why this was not performed within the expected timeframe that she originally provided. I am still awaiting the refund on January 10, 2025.

I just finished my last treatment and I am in love! Ashley did my last treatment today and she is amazing. She is funny, talkative, and I feel like I could talk to her about anything. Everyone else is also amazing and kind. I highly recommend coming here for your treatments! They are quick easy and best of all NO MORE SHAVING.

Been coming here for years. Love the ladies and the bedside manner is phenomenal. They really make you feel comfortable and I have never had any issues. Highly recommend.

If I could give this place a zero, I would. Ideal Image at Orange Park. The staff is not the problem. The problem is that the service they provide is not permanent as they advise it will be. They offer “permanent laser hair removal”, which did not work. At least not for me. After the treatment was done (9-11 sections), the technician told me that if hair keeps growing, I would have to keep going and pay for additional laser hair removal at a “discounted price”. Not as advertised. I was told that it was hormonal hair, no something they could control. I had the treatment for the under arms, chin, and moustache. Same experience in the 3 areas. Years have passed, the hair keeps growing as if I have never had any laser hair removal treatment done. The hair never stopped growing. Their laser does not work and you do feel the discomfort during the laser sections. It is not painless. You can feel the heat, almost like if it would burn your skin. It was really uncomfortable and it goes intensifying as you go farther in the sections. I had the illusion that they sold me that it would be worth it at the end, I would be hairless in those areas. I hate that it was not worth it. It was a complete waste of money, time, and effort. Not recommended. I got out of there with a bill and very disappointed.

Love how my under arm laser hair removal is working out. The laser tech is very patient since it’s a sensitive area and it can be a bit painful. The orange park office is a perfect location for me it’s near my home! I just love the staff they are super courteous and kind.

I just left my second appointment at 2:10 and my nurse practitioner ( I believe her name was Ash) was amazing. She's very attentive, kind, and funny. She makes my appointments very comfortable and doesn't make me feel embarrassed or exposed and keeps a good conversation going. She will stop when I need her to or when it becomes too painful. She's patient and I would highly recommend her for all your laser needs! She needs a raise and a vacation!

Love them! I’ve been coming for laser hair removal since we got stationed in Florida over 2 years ago. They are always so friendly! AND Ashley has been very detailed to make sure she never misses a spot! Highly recommend, you won’t regret it🥰🥰🥰
