I’ve been a patient at Schweiger Dermatology Group on Cypress Creek for over 10 years, back when it was known as Clearlyderm Dermatology, and I’ve consistently had great care for a chronic skin condition. Over the years I’ve seen several excellent doctors, including Dr. Dan Ilkovitch and most recently Dr. Benjamin Witkoff, all of whom have been knowledgeable and attentive. The office staff is extremely friendly and professional, from the front desk to the medical assistants. I’m very happy with the service and would absolutely recommend this practice to others.

I went to this dermatologist office today and had a great experience! The staff at the front were very kind and helped me immediately. The office was pretty clean as well. I think I only waited in the waiting room for about 5 minutes and saw my provider in another 5-8 minutes. APRN Ashley and MA Keke both did a very thorough and amazing job during my visit. I don't think I have ever had a dermatologist examine my scalp to be honest which is why I thought this exam was so thorough. Both of them were very kind medical staff, listened intentionally to my concerns/allergic reactions to previous products I've used, and provided me with samples at the end to help with my current concerns.

When I arrived for an appointment made three months ago, I was informed by the receptionist the doctor was running 25 minutes late. No, she did not call or text me to inform me of this. An hour later, I left without seeing the doctor. If you are retired, having nothing better to do than wait all day at a dermatologist's office, by all means, use this group. If however, you prefer a dermatology group that runs their business professionally, go elsewhere. This group's lack of professionalism is appalling. Go elsewhere.

The staff is very good however the scheduling process is horrible. You call an outside service and speak to people who's English is fair, long hold times to speak to someone & long wait for them to check appointment availability & actually schedule you.

Dr. Angela Weatherall is amazing i drive one hour just to see her. However, this reception office is completely disorganized. Twice i’ve waited 30+ minutes even with an appointment, my appointment was not yet up correctly to be 30 days as to not have gaps in my medication and had to take off work last minute to rush over last minute due to their scheduling error. Lastly, they have messed up my prescription not once but twice. First they don’t specify how many times a day you are supposed to take the medication then they fix that but give you a completely different brand (which was against the doctors orders) Lastly they will book your appointment a month in advance but wait less than 2 days before your appointment to tell you oh you need a referral. Thanks for the heads up. Sorry i want to love this place as my acne journey is so important to me but the front desk is more stressful to deal with than accutane side effects!

I have been coming here for many years and would not trade Dr Weatherall for anyone. She has been amazing and worth the drive for me, hands down. The practice however is now under the Schweiger group and all the calls get routed to an outside center. You can’t speak to anyone in the office until you wait for the call to be picked up, they forward the message to the office and the office checks messages. For a quick call on a product check, there is a wait. I understand a lot of businesses are doing this, but it is unfortunate especially when people need to coordinate their time around this.

The PA, Stefani Gillen (Alvarez) was incredible. She was gentle, reassuring, and confident. I had a ton of questions and concerns and she was very knowledgable in answering them. The front desk staff was also very welcoming

Don’t understand why the are part of the providers directory of some insurance companies if they don’t see patients from those companies Plus the front desk is very inefficient they just put you in on hold for a long time. So what are those women sitting up front doing?? Was there last year and I don’t have a copay. At the end they tried to chat me a copayment even that I didn’t have one. Not very honest. Yesterday try to get the appointment and they none of the doctors want to work with patients that have my insurance including Dr Dan IIkovich. They need to take their name out of the insurance companies they don’t want to work with. Terrible service
