I can’t say enough good things about Milan laser and especially the amazing ladies that work there! Not only did I see incredible results even after my first session, but Lannah and Amanda are extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. I truly enjoy coming in every time and as a newcomer to the laser process, they have made me comfortable from the very beginning. Overall an amazing experience, even after researching other companies I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else other than Milan for my laser treatments. Fantastic results and staff, I always feel like I’m visiting with friends and always look forward to my next appointment! I absolutely would recommend them to anybody and everybody. Great experience! Very happy! I had my first full leg and Brazilian here yesterday and it was such a pleasant experience. Lannah and Amanda are professional, kind, and quickly put me at ease. My schedule had been hectic in the weeks leading up, but Lannah was patient and accommodating with my changes. She helped me find the right package and the times that worked best for me. I am so glad I booked with them. I could not be happier! The laser was top notch. I have had other laser hair removal treatments before and expected discomfort, but there was none. I’ve been coming here for about seven months for treatment, and I’m often called to reschedule my appointments. When this happens, I don’t always get a call back or options for new appointment dates. Scheduling online is also tough because most of the time everything is booked out, so I can’t easily replace a canceled treatment. Because my treatments haven’t been consistent, I’m not seeing the results I should be seeing. The staff are very sweet, but at the end of the day, consistency matters — especially for services that cost this much. I honestly feel like I’m paying for treatments I’m not able to get. Fort Myers really needs another location to help prevent this from happening so often.

What a bummer! We have been traveling 2.5 hours to receive treatment and we were so excited to have a Milan open in Fort Myers. Unfortunately, it has been a less than great experience. The ladies are super sweet but sometimes it takes more than being nice to perform services that clients are paying a lot of money for. I have been attending my treatments for over a year every 5 weeks and am still seeing strong hair growth so Amanda was going to help me with trying something different but unfortunately, this office continues to cancel appointments on me. From October 25 to now, December 5th…if they even keep that one. When you pay so much money, you expect a service to be performed. I am not sure why this laser is not working on me but it seems that referring my daughter as well as her friend isn’t even enough to have Milan realize that real life experiences matter. This office is claiming to have problems with the laser when they are a brand new office. They are also stating they are having staffing issues, but another Milan staffer says otherwise. Seems miscommunication is leading to poor service yet my payments are still being made. Yikes! 😳 I was REALLY excited to have a local office in Fort Myers but it turns out it’s not the service one might expect.

I’m loving my experience so far at Milan. I come from a background in laser hair removal and I was really excited to see that Milan had opened a location near by. I was drawn to them because I know they have the best laser on the market for permanent hair reduction! At my consultation Lannah was so sweet, calm, and personable. She makes you feel comfortable and explains everything about how treatment works very well! I’ve had a few sessions with Amanda so far and it’s been so quick and easy! She’s thorough and so easy to talk to! She makes you feel super comfortable as well no matter what you’re treating! Highly recommend them for your laser hair removal needs, they will take great care of you and you’ll love going to your appointments!
