If you know what's best do not book with this place. At first, I was having laser sessions with Brittney with no problem. Then I paid for a brazilian package, after I tried texting brittney several times. she NEVER texted me back. She told me she was moving and never let me know when i can schedule my appointment. I will never trust paying prior anymore now. This is ridiculous. I opened a claim with my bank and she reversed the claim. Do not book with her.

LOVE THIS PLACE!!! Brittney is such a great and well knowledgeable licensed beauty business owner. She is very helpful when it comes to the hair removal process but more importantly I love that she lets us know as the customers what the process is and what to expect throughout the process. I have been going to her for a year and the growth of my hair has changed significantly. I’ve referred many people to her and I look forward to each appointment. Brittney is awesome. She's very pleasant and accommodating, like if you need a schedule change or forgot to shave she's cool about it. I'm in the middle of my sessions and I'm definitely seeing good results so far. She is very efficient and the appointment is really quick, but very thorough as well. The laser doesn't hurt too bad; I've had waxing and that is like 1,000 times more painful than this. Laser is not nearly as bad, an occasional pinch here and there, not that bad at all, it's more the cold sensation than anything else, but it's fine. It's just a few minutes and next thing you know it's done. I have considered getting some additional areas done and I will definitely stick with Brittney to get them done. As a fellow small business owner I can say that Brittney is doing it right. I really feel like she provides a very high level of customer service and is also very effective at what she does. I no longer see the need to go to anyone else for my laser hair removal needs. Silky Smooth is it!

Went today for Brazilian laser hair removal with Brittney. Brittney was so sweet and made me feel so comfortable. She answered all my questions and let me know everything for after care. The machine that she uses was nice and cool upon touch so in my opinion it really did not hurt at all. Just a couple sensitive areas that felt like a little pinch. I’ve had so many people tell me it’s really painful but it was a breeze! It was so quick I was in and out I’m about 15 minutes ! I highly recommend silky smooth !

This laser hair removal shop is a diamond in the rough. The courtesy from the manager is unmatched. I did a few sessions already and its the best decision I ever made. Just don't be shy tell her exactly what you need and she will deliver. The place is very clean and quiet and the service is excellent also the courtesy. I grow really rough and thick hairs that is very resistant but when I tell you she got me right she did i am 1000% smooth. I highly recommend here excellent employee, excellent service, excellent results.

I purchased the full Brazilian package. Brittany was very nice and made me super comfortable considering I was about to fully expose myself to a stranger. I cannot tell you about the results yet because I have only had one session but the session was NOT painful. It was uncomfortable but extremely tolerable. I did not use numbing cream. My hair is dark and thick usually (I shaved the day before) but still. It took like 10 minutes. Now it’s been like 2 and a half weeks and I am seeing some hair falling out as I loofah. Again I’m not bald down there but I see it beginning to work slightly. Contemplating doing other areas with her because again she was very professional and I am comfortable with her. The place was very cute, modern, clean.

When I first came in I was so nervous. I asked for a tester before booking an appt. Brittney is the BEST person for this job. She is very patient and kind. Her services are SO affordable and the process is nearly painless. I do recommend you buying a numbing cream for the more sensitive areas like your upper lip, Brazilian, and armpits. The rest of your body is a cake walk. I have only done two sessions and I already see the difference! I am so impressed by her customer service and accommodations. You need to book your appt ASAP!
