Very happy with my experience. I've had 2 IPL treatments with Lorena and very pleased with my results so far. Two of my friends, one is a dermatologist and the other is a plastic surgeon, have examined my skin and remarked at the results as well. Lorena is fantastic. She is very professional, and candid which I appreciate. During my consult she was very clear and direct as to how she would treat my issues as well as the length of time and what to expect. I am going back next week for a check up but I don't hesitate recommending her IPL procedure.

Their employees are the most unprofessional. I bought their groupon, set up an appt and upon getting there after 40+ minutes of drive, they said I would have to pay extra on top of Groupon otherwise they cant perofrm the services. I think its their way to cheat people. I reviewed them on facebook and they keep deleting my review. Looks like they dont like to hear bad things about them. Oh, and it looks like they are buying fake postive reviews.

They are frauds. They say something else and they do something else. I made an appointment for something and when I got there after 40 minutes of drive, they said they can't do that. Why did you not tell me at the time I made the appointment? Why did you waste my time?Would I go there again? NEVER I have reviewed them on yelp and Facebook as well. I would give them 0 star if there is an option
