My husband had a growth on chest. The first appointment was a biopsy ($45). They called and said it was ok. I asked if I could schedule appointment to remove it. Went to appointment ($45) and doctor did not remove it because he said he had to look at it first and he would need a 3rd appointment which would be another ($45). In the meantime we receive another ($45) bill from the lab that did the biopsy. There is something wrong here and this should not cost $180 out of pocket for this procedure. I also saw a PA and the total body exam was not a total body. He never looked at the spot on my chest that I called about. We will not return. My husband already sees a skin cancer specialist. Update: checked for a skin pathol8gy claim on line and its not in my husband's claims. The pathology billed us and it appears like they submitted claim but it is not there. Fishy

Office and staff are nice enough. Problem is with billing. They billed wrong location of services which is in another city and out of network. After 2.5 hours on phone, billing dept unwilling to fix THEIR error. Any call to a billing supervisor somehow gets disconnected or they tell you they will call you back. Don't hold your breath, it would be fatal. I will not return for any reason!!

I would strongly caution anyone considering this practice. I first went in for minor breakouts. The PA prescribed tretinoin, which ended up damaging my skin for over six months. I eventually had to find a new dermatologist to undo the harm and get proper treatment. Their “full body scan” was nothing of the sort, just a quick glance at my arms and legs that took less than two minutes. When medication was prescribed, it wasn’t even sent to the pharmacy for two weeks. They also applied DermTech stickers to test two of my moles. My insurer didn’t approve DermTech, and now I’m stuck with bills of $1,300 each. $2,600 for two stickers. No one warned me this might not be covered. To make matters worse, they completely dropped the ball on a scheduled follow-up. No call, no text, no confirmation - hard to know if the appointment ever even existed. Overall, this has been a terrible experience. Disorganized, careless, and expensive. I’d recommend looking elsewhere. There are plenty of dermatology practices that take patient care and communication seriously.
