Dr. Busse and his staff were SO helpful and kind during my visit. I was struggling to get some paperwork signed for a visa to move to Spain and I was jumping through so many hoops to get it done before my visa appointment with other providers who were not helpful or understanding at all. His staff was very kind in understanding and getting information from me as to what I needed in my appointment. They spent time with me on the phone and reviewed the paperwork via email and got back to me the same day with help. I was able to make an appointment for the next day, where I met the other staff who were so friendly and funny with getting me checked in. I am still learning Spanish and they encouraged me to practice with them. :) Both the ladies there are such a great team. Dr. Busse helped me with exactly what I needed and got all my medical paperwork in order for my visa appointment that was the next day. Overall, an amazing experience and took so much weight off my shoulders! I will be forever grateful for their kindness and help. :)
