I met with Kim today at her practice to have some maintenance Botox done. Kim was one of the kindest most professional practitioners that I’ve ever been too! She took her time and talked to me, explained everything very well and talked me out of getting Botox in places I thought I needed that I really didn’t. As someone new to the area it was scary going somewhere new and Kim put my mind at ease. I will definitely be back and recommend that you book your appointment to see Kim asap! Also Michelle at the front office was fantastic, very kind and informative.

I’ve had three visits so far for a skin treatment. Everyone has been friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about what they do. I’ll update on the treatments themselves when I finish all six. Edited to add: I tried to get a new tattoo, but my tattoo artist had to stop a few minutes in. Since I’m older, my skin had lost texture and the ink was diffusing, making blobby lines. I did a total of nine EvolveX treatments and then went back for the tattoo. He was able to complete it without problem. So, if you’re in your sixties or seventies and want a tattoo, I highly recommend this treatment.

I would highly recommend North Florida Aesthetics! As soon as you walk in the atmosphere is calming, clean and welcoming. Michelle was attentive and incredibly helpful. She made sure I had everything I needed to feel comfortable and provided excellent customer service. My first appointment was with Kim. She started by explaining all the different options offered to her office and recommending what she thought would work best for me. She was direct and well informed, which I very much appreciate. She went above and beyond helping address my concerns and took her time explaining without making me feel rushed. She was confident, patient, kind and informative. My results are exactly what I was wanting. My second appointment was with Angie for an IPL Photo Facial and my experience with her was every bit as great as my first appointment. Angie is well informed about the services provided in the office and did an incredible job of making me feel comfortable and explaining the process and post care instructions. I had a very positive experience getting Morpheus8 recently at North Florida Aesthetics! The clinician was really straightforward and thoughtful, walking me through the procedure step by step, and checking in with how pain management was going. As a small kindness, my stomach starting growling in the middle of the treatment and and asked whether she'd mind grabbing a few chocolates from the waiting room to take the edge off! She brought them back with some water and gave me a moment-- she really was extremely nice to interact with and super professional. I'm very grateful that they scheduled me a consultation ahead of time to talk through my options-- I feel a lot of trust in the practioners here.
