I am very disappointed with my post-surgery care. My procedure was extremely expensive, and after the surgery, I tried multiple times to schedule a follow-up appointment with the doctor to address the issues I’ve been experiencing. Both times, I was only seen by the nurse, who said there was nothing they could do. I never received a direct consultation with the doctor himself — not until I wrote a public review. Only then did they contact me to follow up. When I finally met with the doctor, his attitude was dismissive and arrogant. He insisted that nothing was wrong with his surgery, and I later discovered that his nurse hadn’t even documented my concerns during my previous visits. That made me even more concerned and regretful for giving him another chance after being ignored in the first place. To make matters worse, he asked for more money to “fix” the problem — the very problem caused by his original surgery, which was already very expensive. Now I have to find another physician to correct the complications from this procedure. I’m writing this review so others are aware before making a decision. I expected far better care, communication, and accountability — especially considering the cost.

I cannot say enough amazing things about Dr. Aldo Lombardo and Allure Institute for Plastic Surgery! Before coming here I had implants from another doctor that were only five months old and I was devastated with the results. I lost over 75 pounds and my breasts were completely flat, like they weren’t even in the room. On top of that, my first surgery left me so anxious and scared to go through the process again. From the moment you walk in you just know you’re in good hands. Honestly all his staff are seriously the nicest people ever. At my first appointment I got to sit down with Dr. Lombardo and he took his time really listening to me. He goes over everything thoroughly and is super honest about what you actually need to get the results you want. His wife works with him too and she is the sweetest, which makes the whole office feel so welcoming and genuine. Dr. Lombardo is literally Jupiter’s boob guy. So many people recommended him to me and now I totally get why. I wanted to finally have the kind of breasts that normal girls my age have, with all that upper fullness, and he gave me exactly that. My lift with augmentation came out perfect. When I woke up from surgery, I honestly felt great — I had no pain at all. By day four postop, I didn’t even need pain medication anymore. My post-ops have been amazing and all of the staff are so informative and reassuring at every step. I’m 20 now, and after losing all that weight and having a bad first surgery at 19, this was hands down the best decision I’ve ever made. My boobs look amazing, my confidence is back, and now everyone in my life wants to get their boobs done or even a tummy tuck after seeing my results! If you’re nervous about surgery or even thinking about a revision like I was, go to Dr. Lombardo. He and his team make you feel safe, heard, and cared for, and the results are everything. I’m so happy I chose dr lombardo and his team for my breast augmentation. robert and francesca at the front desk were incredibly supportive and it’s clear they truly care about their patients. sophie and jennifer are wonderful nurses- they made me feel comfortable through the whole process. I wanted something very subtle and even though I pushed to try on several sizes and profiles, everyone was incredibly patient and gave me all the time I needed to make the right decision. I trusted Dr. Lombardo because of good care in the past, but my recent surgery was a completely different experience. What I was told before the procedure didn’t match what actually happened, and the follow-up felt rushed with my concerns brushed aside. I did not see him until 4 weeks after my actual surgery. Any concerns or complications were seen by the nurse. In my opinion, the quality of care has declined, and he is arrogant, rushed and uncaring. He refused to make the adjustments in line with my concerns and wouldn’t accept responsibility. I’m sharing this so that others can go in fully informed — ask detailed questions, confirm the treatment plan in writing, and understand all potential risks before proceeding. Get a second and third opinion.
