I usually only write reviews when I have something good to say. This is a first. I had to make two separate appointments for one skin check. When they did find basal cell C it was removed, became infected, and I was allergic to the stitches and adhesive. They couldn’t get me in to be seen so advanced urgent care had to take on care from that point. The reception desk was rude. I Couldn’t get a call back from office. My PCP had to remove stitches and prescribe follow up care.

Let’s start off with they double book time slots and their waiting area is already small. Some people have to stand outside waiting. The cleanliness level is not what you expect from a doctors office. Garbage falling out of garbage can (or they just throw it on the floor), floors look like they haven’t ever met a mop or bleach, and dust everywhere. The doctor rushed appointments and never would come up with a solid solution. Honestly I don’t think she knows what she’s doing. She wears a mask and rarely would even touch my face and if she did she would just swipe my face ever so rudely. Literally swipe my face. I heard horror stories about her office before and thought it couldn’t be that bad. It was worse than I could’ve imagined.

My visit was fine. I was taken much earlier than usual and I got out of there quickly. Unfortunately, I don't know where they sent my prescription. I made 4 trips to 2 different pharmacies. I was unable to get through to the office to find out where someone sent the prescription. A friend of mine had an appointment a few weeks ago. They showed up and no one was there even after confirming the appointment. Somethings are wrong here.
