ad such a great experience at Milan Laser Hair Removal in Lakeland! I want to give a huge shoutout to Mikelle and Kareen — they truly made my first visit amazing. Mykelle, the front desk manager, was incredibly professional, super informative, and genuinely cares about the customers. She made sure I had all the information I needed before my treatment and answered every question with patience and honesty. Kareen, my technician, was absolutely wonderful. You can tell she truly cares about her clients and knows exactly what she’s doing. I have a very low pain tolerance, and she went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. I really appreciated how transparent they both were — they didn’t sugarcoat anything or claim it was “pain-free” like many other places do. I got my bikini area treated for the first time, and it’s been something I’ve wanted to do for a long time. Thanks to Kareen and Mykelle, it was actually a great experience — way better than I expected! I’ll definitely be coming back for more sessions and highly recommend this location to anyone considering laser hair removal.

I’d been going to Milan for my face at the Millenia and Bloomingdale locations and always had great experiences. The Lakeland location is no different. It’s nice and clean and even had the added bonus of having the amazing Karenee as my tech! If the location wasn’t out of my way I’d go there every time just for her! I'm a longtime client of Milan and have been to 4 locations in 2 states. This new addition to Lakeland is just as great. The results are undeniable, and you'll never find a better company to invest in for hair removal. I started getting treatments because I have PCOS and struggled with hair growing in dark on my face, and I started seeing shocking results after a few treatments and after the full number of treatments, I had no dark hairs coming back. I specifically picked this company because there are so many locations across the US, and if you ever have hair come back in a treated area, you can go back and continue treatment at no cost. That's beyond value. I started to see some hair come back this year which is 5 years after I originally started treatment (not unheard of with PCOS because of hormone fluctuations), and I just had to call them up to come in and get the area treated again. The service is also great in every location I've ever been to. Everyone is so friendly and kind, and this is no exception. If you are looking for Permanent hair removal, this is the solution. I've treated three other areas through them, and it's just so exciting every time that the hair doesn't come back.
