From my consult all the way to my recovery I have felt heard, respected, safe, a priority , and as I still see him for post-operative follow-ups, I feel cared for . Dr. Castellon is a very talented , empathetic , and amazing surgeon. He is great at educating you, and he has a very warm bedside manner, which is very important to me. I am ecstatic at the results I am already seeing. His entire team has been so wonderful to me. From the front desk , patient care coordinator, treatment planner, Nurses, and the surgery center team , they have all been great. I am so thankful. I will recommend Dr. Castellon to everyone.

Dr. Castellon took great care and patience describing what my options for surgery are, realistic expectations, and provided me with a perfect time to conduct the surgery given my tricky schedule. I didn’t even make it to getting scheduled before the experience went downhill quickly. Received 3 texts throughout the week following up for a consultation and during this time I am meeting other practices scoping out my future potential practice. 1. Site does not list a consultation fee but it is $95. (Seems to be close to standard but as a new comer to this I did not know.) When I asked and politely turned it down due to already having other doctors before, this office decided to advise me they don’t do free consultations. Understood, wasn’t sure where I asked for a free one? Wanted to ensure I knew what I was looking to spend before I actually got there. Unfortunately in my case, I won’t be going here at all. When you make the customer service awful from the start, you close out your potential for new customers.
