My daughter and I have visited HarmonyLux several times during the past year and every experience has been consistently excellent. The place is always clean and welcoming, which immediately puts you at ease. The front desk staff is polite, friendly, and professional. Wait times are minimal, and we’ve never had to wait long for our appointment which is something hard to find nowadays. The procedure itself (laser hair removal) is amazing, the pain is completely tolerable and we are simply in love with the results!! Our tech Judith is always attentive, caring, and truly amazing at what she does. She’s always making sure we are comfortable before and during the procedure. We are extremely happy with the quality of care and personalized service we receive every time. The other staff members Becky, Roxy and Angie are always available to help as well if we have a question, and the owner Enileidy always greets you with a big smile if you cross her in the hallway. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone in Miami looking for excellent customer service, professional care, and affordable prices. You won’t be disappointed! They are truly the best!!

After they moved location service has become horrible in the new location!!!! Not organized at all! We waited an hour for a consultation and the doctor did not even have a list of people to call. People just cut in front of you. Horrible service we just left.

Horrible experience. This is my second time I come for the treatment. The semiglutide “compound” that they sell you for $200 did absolutely nothing. I made an appointment to see the doctor at 2:30pm and arrived at 1:50pm. I was waiting to be seen for more than 3 hours. They let several other patients who came after me go in first. When I complained they just asked me if I wanted to reschedule for a more suitable time. Horrible management. Don’t waste your time or money, go elsewhere.
