⚠️ Serious Warning – Do Not Proceed Without Extreme Caution I underwent a Deep Plane Facelift on October 23, 2025 at Aquabella Plastic Surgery. The outcome has been medically and personally devastating. I sustained left-sided facial paralysis, incomplete eyelid closure, severe facial asymmetry, visible scarring, and permanent ear deformities. Both tragus structures were removed, and my left earlobe was sewn to my face—procedures that were never disclosed, never discussed, and never authorized. After surgery, neither surgeon would see me. I was never examined in person, by video, or by phone. All communication was routed through clerical staff while medications were prescribed. I was given no postoperative instructions whatsoever—not for stitches, wound care, ear care, or warning signs. Because of this lack of care, I had to seek help from emergency rooms and outside physicians. At least two doctors have since stated the results are so asymmetric it appears not the same surgeon performed both sides. This is not cosmetic dissatisfaction. This involves lack of informed consent, patient abandonment, and serious injury. I am now pursuing corrective care elsewhere. If you are considering this practice, ask very direct questions about: - Who will perform each part of your surgery - Whether the surgeon will personally evaluate you after surgery - What happens if complications arise I would not repeat this experience under any circumstances.
