I got my breast implants done in 2014. And I loved the work and the services provided by dr.Spera. Never had a complaint.

Wow, how important it is that people share their experiences with this doctor. I was looking for how to remove some breast implants, but reading this, I don't want surgery with him even if it's a gift. Now when I see him on TV or on social media, I see a person without ethic

Doctor Spera is a great doc /artist and so are his nurses..and Lisa is AMAZING… I had Breast augmentation in 2015… Recently I ruptured my right implant… it did take a while to get the appointment set… I had a warranty and then I bought another warranty… And surprisingly after all that they wanted $1500 extra a week later… (really felt like a bait switch) SO I got the $1500 extra And went ahead with the procedure… I just got this done yesterday and everything looks great… He replaced both implants… And I have pretty much zero pain, so I still haven’t even taken meds ( amazing) but I do feel the pressure from the bra of course.. Of course, when I woke up, I Was under ANESTHESIA and apparently the office lady claim that they told me that I had an appointment at 8 AM… Meanwhile, I have no idea what I was doing where I was or anything like that as usually happens under anesthesia… maybe they could’ve sent me a text or given me a letter… I showed up for the appointment and the front desk lady Said I was late and that he was in surgery and I would have to wait 4 hours….(that wasn’t gonna happen). So the front desk, lady who is not a doctor or a nurse Kind of started asking me questions like did I drive there… I told her no I took an Uber To the hotel and then back today… She said you can’t drive for 30 days. LOLOLOL AND LITERALLY TOLD ME THAT IF I DROVE, I WOULD PROBABLY BLEED OUT… She also told me that she would have to make an appointment for me to come back to have my stitches removed… Which I pointed out that I don’t need to come back for that because they dissolve… She disagreed. LOL She was really awful… And maybe she should stick to being an appointment setter and answer the phone… There was another lady there And apparently she went and got Doctor Spera and the nurse ( I don’t know her name, but she was excellent and kind and empathetic and real) It took him 30 seconds To look at the Incisions add some cream… and told me I shouldn’t take a shower till four days from now… and told me And his staff… That yes these stitches will dissolve by itself… So basically… There was a lot of confusion… ALL PRICES SHOULD BE POSTED AND INFORM THE PATIENT OF THE WHOLE PRICE…. NOT 3 DAYS LATER … SAYING ITS AN OPERATING ROOM FEE ( they have an operating room in their office.. Make it make sense …. This was all covered by my warranty) So remember if you go… Don’t listen to the ladies at the front… They wouldn’t know a stitch from an itch… and they know nothing about healthcare They are not nurses… They are secretaries… Lol Don’t be surprised if right before your appointment. They want more money… You have been warned Now I’m not saying anything bad about Doctor Spera or his nurses. I’ve seen them twice and they did great work… But it would be very beneficial if the front desk acted somewhat professional… Like I was Inconveniencing them personally…. It’s real simple… You’re trying to make money I’m giving you money. I’m paying your check… There’s no need to be nasty to a client that has come down there twice… And I referred several people And went with them to make sure everything was OK… Unfortunately, I had to do all of this by myself… Yes, I did have to drive… Alone be alone in a room right after surgery… This is why I loved the hotel front desk . I went down and said how I felt about not having Someone to monitor me. She was awesome. She was like I’ll get you a blanket. You can chill out on the couch… she made everything OK… And went above and beyond st of the night. They have the best front desk clerks I’ve ever seen before in my life!!! It was the La Quinta by Wyndham on Peter near 595 FINALLY After everything was said and done … I am home… And I’m OK. THIS IS MY HONEST REVIEW… SORRY, NOT SORRY

I came expecting to get information on a procedure that I saw on the office’s website, and confirmed with the receptionist that the office does it before making my appointment. Dr. Spera said he doesn’t do it and doesn’t know who put it on his website. Dr. Spera was very curt (he spoke for ~3 minutes) and left abruptly when I began asking about a procedure he does offer. He seemed like he was in a rush and didn't have time for questions. I didn’t bother asking the assistant because I instantly lost interest in this office. I made a 2-hour trip and feel very disappointed. I have never experienced such treatment from a health care provider

As a fellow doctor, I was very particular about who would do my procedure. After speaking with Dr. Spera, I knew he was the right doctor for me. His knowledge and experience was just what I was looking for and my result is top notch. Thank you, Dr. Spera, for your professionalism and incredible skill.

Dr. Spera and his staff (MERLIN) ARE AMAZING. Very helpful friendly and responsive, the there is little to no wait time and the Doctor takes his time with you to go over everything. They are very attentive and the office is very clean. I will be booking my procedure (butt augmentation)with them in a few weeks and am so confident and happy that I found this amazing team. I will post pictures of my "big beautiful results" soon! SO HAPPY I FOUND THIS DOCTOR!

Think twice before going to Dr Spera,I went to him to do a neck lift, and it came really bad my salivar glands went down and I was left with two balls that it looks really bad not only that my insition on the side came out really nasty it doesn't look like a professional did them he wanted to try to fix it but how could I trust him after everything he has done to me ,I think that is time for him to retired so he won't be harming people like he did to me ,even to go to sleep I still have a pressure there that I haven't sleep like I use to sleep before .Responding to the message that Dr. Espera wrote as part of his response to my review. What he stated about me having a neck deformity is false. Both him and I have pictures of me prior to the surgery and it clearly shows that I didn't have a neck deformity. In the contrary, now is when I have the deformity because of the poor job that he did. All I had was some hanging skin and very little fat. He also mentioned that something was wrong with my salivary glands. He never discussed this with me prior to surgery and he never mentioned to me that I was not the ideal candidate for this procedure. If he would have discussed this with me, I would've never done the procedure. The only thing he cared about was getting the money that I paid him. Dr. Espera is very unprofessional with his review and disclosing my health and privacy information in his reply, which goes against HIPAA law. I am writing this review so the same experience and mistake that I made having surgery with him, doesn't happen to others.
