I really enjoy the office of Dr. Thierry Jaquemin so much. From the moment you walk in, you are in amazing hands of an exceptional team that prioritizes you as the patient Dr. Jaquemin has a wonderful bedside manner, and super knowledge with true compassion for you. He takes the time to listen to you and to make sure that your concerns are addressed, I didn’t feel rushed at any point. PA Lizette Arias is phenomenal. Her attentiveness and professional, and warm, approach makes her a standout practitioner. I only wanted to see Dr Jaquemin at first but I saw her once and now I routinely follow with her if Dr. Jaquemin is not available. She is super receptive to my needs and is very thorough, making sure every thing is covered. The front office team is awesome. praise. Scheduling is very smooth, I get my referrals super quick. They are very friendly, and make experience stress-free.If you are looking for top-tier attention and medical care where you are, look no further.

PAYING OVER $1000 FOR A COVERED CHECK-UP. During a recent annual check-up visit to this clinic, I was unexpectedly billed over $1100 for services that I understood to be covered as part of a routine preventative exam. Prior to the appointment, I explicitly communicated a previous negative experience with billing for annual check-ups and requested that the clinic coordinate directly with my insurance to ensure only services covered under a standard, free annual preventative exam were rendered, as I had no pre-existing health concerns. Despite this clear communication, the clinic's billing department failed to properly coordinate with my insurance. I was subsequently informed that the charges resulted from services categorized as an 'annual checkup package,' which my insurance reportedly did not cover, and that I was solely responsible for the payment. The staff indicated there was nothing further they could do. While the clinical staff were generally friendly, the lack of effective billing coordination and the subsequent financial burden were highly disappointing. This experience reflects a significant disconnect between patient communication and billing practices. I also received additional bills from Quest Diagnostics related to this visit. Overall, this was a highly unsatisfactory experience, and I will not be returning to this facility. I strongly advise prospective patients to thoroughly verify all covered services directly with their insurance provider *before* undergoing any procedures at this clinic to avoid unexpected charges."
