I was skeptical about all these eyebrows procedures but after making my decision I did it for the first time with Elsa Silva and it was the best decision. I can save so much time putting make up on my brows every time. All technicians are excellent. Elda, Mary, Lily, 10 out of 10. And they make you feel great through the entire process.

I have been considering micro blading my eyebrows for years now but never took the plunge as I was nervous about the outcome. After following Elda’s work for some time now, I finally booked! Elda Studio is amazing, Elda and her team are more that fantastic, very attentive, kind and professional. Elda did an amazing work on my eyebrows. She was very kind, courteous, profesional, a worried about every detail to make sure you’re happy with the result, I felt like I know her all my life, she understood my concerns, besides that a hard worker. I’m very happy of my decision of go to her salon for my eyebrows. The studio is delicate and clean. Just perfect.

Elda and her team are simply the best. I highly recommend if you're thinking about getting any of their services don't look any further. Honestly, I'm extremely happy I've waited for a very long time to do my eyebrows and my laser removal because since the first time I've walked in, they made me feel like a VIP( it was my 40th birthday gift from me to me so it was extremely important). They greeted me with a cup of hot tea for my nerves and during my visits they were always warm and welcoming, which made my drive from West Palm 100% worth it. I just went for my final touch up last Saturday 11/02 and I can't be happier with my results and their customer service that I even asked them for a picture to share with my family and friends who live out of town. Now, I need to reply to a very awful and unfair comment I just read from Marilyn Rami (I'm actually not even sure that's her real name). I was there when everything happened and as a customer I felt extremely uncomfortable since this person walked into Elda's salon. She started making hateful comments about her Cuban accent followed by asking her if she was ready for her, which I didn't understand since she was already asking her to come in. Then, the entire interaction went awfully because she kept treating Elda with a very uneducated manners demanding and criticizing everything Elda was suggesting her as if this person was the specialist and Elda didn't know what she was talking about. She was speaking the entire time with a very aggressive tone, which made the rest of the employees come to her to try to calm her down. She did not calm down, she started yelling for no reason, criticizing everybody including me who I just happened to be there as her costumer. I honestly felt very embarrassed because I'm Colombian and I've recognized her Colombian accent, but she was the most aggressive and uneducated person I've ever encountered( very unlike me). After Elda trying her best to deal with her awfully aggressive and rude behavior she had no other choice, but returning her money back and asked her to please leave. The worst came after when she kept insulting Elda in front of all of her employees and costumers telling her she wouldn't leave and Elda would have to kick her out physically if she wanted her to leave. After them calling the police on her because she continued with her aggressive behavior specially against Elda like if it was a personal problem against her, she finally left no without warning everybody on the store that we'll need to be careful because she will find revenge. Honestly, I was very scared leaving that place after that person left and scared for the ladies because she totally acted like a mentally unstable person who needs immediate help. Lastly, I want to say that it was extremely unfair for her to leave this review and it wouldn't be fair for me not to reply because as their witness I know exactly how everything happened. Unfortunately people like that sometimes get away with hurting others just because of jealousy since she kept making comments about how much money she had and how many followers she had like trying to compare herself to Elda. Also, her bipolarity was very obvious when she called Cindy over the phone, who's the person in charged of making Elda's appointments. She started telling Cindy in front of all of us that she was being bullied and mistreated when that never happened. Even after getting her money back and being told multiple times to leave the establishment she continued trying to insult all of us and not leaving the place. Fortunately Elda has several cameras and whoever wants to see the recording I'm sure Elda would be more than happy to share it because it's not fair someone like this goes around spraying lies without consequences. Absolutely Obsessed with My Brows! I can’t say enough amazing things about this place! From the moment I walked in, I felt so welcomed and at ease. The space is clean, stylish, and relaxing—perfect for a beauty treatment. The artist is incredible so detail-oriented, patient, and truly an expert at her craft. She took the time to map out the perfect shape for my face, and made sure I was 100% comfortable with the design before starting. The entire process was surprisingly painless, and she explained everything as she went. My brows turned out gorgeous—natural-looking, symmetrical, and they frame my face beautifully. I’ve gotten so many compliments, and I honestly feel so much more confident. If you’re considering microblading, look no further. This place is a gem and worth every penny. I’ll never go anywhere else!
