Punctuality is an issue here. No one shows up for appointments. No one actually calls you back after you’ve been told several times that they would.

Wow! What a terrible experience so far. Two telehealth appointments, two which no one even bothered to show up for. When I finally got someone to show up, they said it was because they had a restart their computer which took 30 minutes. I finally went through the consultation and I was asked to send my insurance card and photos and they would call me back the same day. Sent everything and never heard from them again. I’m glad the red flags are coming early, before I even get a chance to step foot in the place. Good luck to anyone trying to get a consult here.

Made an appt with them. No one showed up to the virtual consultation. Took off work an hour early for the reschedule. No one showed up again. Wasted hours of my life after they kept saying they will show up when I called their customer support. Was promised a call back, that never happened either. Horrible customer service!!! Guess you don’t want any new patients and don’t value their time.

Extremely Disappointed!! I had a consultation in January 2019 and scheduled my surgery for September/October 2019. I was in constant contact with Marilyn (who is an amazing) about everything and then out of the blue the office changes doctors and staff. Now the services that were offered are no longer offered and it is taking forever to get my deposit back. I cant believe that an office can change everything and not let their patients know!!!

I had a tummy tuck back in 2015 and was very happy with the results . I want back to get my eyes done again it was great . The third time I went back as trusted doctors to get a Lipo 360 I was rushed through the whole procedure of scheduling and billing . I went through the The whole process of getting medically check out. I unfortunately was not medically cleared because I had health issues . This was one of my concerns when I booked the surgery and was told it would not be an issue to get a refund , if I was medically NOT cleared , which I was not This was back In September 16 , 2021 to this date December 29 , 2021 I have not received my refund . I keep getting the runaround by the person. Who process my paperwork and the finance department . They tell me they are delayed in refunds ? And they won't give me a date for my refund or Give me my refund . I have spoken to the finance department with no resolution. They keep telling me they will call me back , they don't and are not clear if and when I will get my money back . Too bad such great doctors have very incompetent workers which make the whole practice look bad . Dr Jones if your reading your reviews you should check with your offices and make sure they are all trained and doing what they are supposed to do to keep your clients . Would recommend the practice if your are 100 % sure your able to do the procedure and will get medically clear . If not just stay away because they don't like to give refunds. I guess I am at my wits ends after 3 months of calling and texting the office to get my money back .

Every step of the way I felt that all of the women at the front had my best interests at heart, and we're willing to answer any questions or concerns I had. Dr. Mendez was a wonderful surgeon, and took care of me very well. I have had surgery for keloids 3 times prior elsewhere, and Dr. Mendez was still able to create a beautiful new look for me. I highly recommend keloid surgery at this practice!

As a business, Lexington Plastic surgery has to be one of the worst businesses I have ever encountered in my fifty two years on this earth. The unprecedented unprofessionalism is astounding. Please folks, do not even try to book a consultation with them far less have a surgeon touch your body. From Kimberly Hunter to some lady from the Corporate Office named Stacey. It is truly quite remarkable that this business operated so egregiously.
